Zack is a perfectionist. I emailed him on a Sunday morning that our water heater wasn't working, followed up as promised by a phone call in early afternoon. He was at our place in Brookline within 10 minutes and spent well over half an hour figuring out the tangle of water lines in our storage area that had puzzled us ever since we moved in. He discovered that our primary bathroom had floor heat and got it working. Our water heater was too old and in too poor condition to fix, and Monday morning he was back with a new water heater that was up and running in two hours. You might be able to beat the price, and others will be more pleasantly chatty, but you certainly can't beat the service.

They were a pleasure to work with. We had our water heater replaced with a new tankless high-efficiency water heater. Excellent service with great results. They gave me the best price out of the 3 plumbers I called. Would definitely recommend.

Best amazing job showed up on Saturday changes out replaced faucets. Had to install new lines and knobs charged me like $25 for parts another Plumer would be extra $175 for all additional work that was needed. He is fair comes out will get job done quickly and professionally

AA addressed the problem we’ve had for years of our toilet leaking into the downstairs apt. Every other plumber replaced the wax ring. In fact there were several stacked. The issue was we needed a phalange. Arrived early, fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Highly recommend these guys.

I am extremely disappointed at the adolescent behavior of this plumber. I had requested services and wanted to confirm if he would need the water shut off or if it was safe to leave on at my building before he arrived for services, since this requires me filling out a request form with the association. Instead of clarifying whether he'd need the water shut off or not, he got aggressive over the phone and told me to hire another plumber. It is only a few days before the originally scheduled appointment and I am deeply disturbed by this man's rudeness and unprofessionalism. I am raising awareness because no one should have to deal with this kind of treatment. I did not make any threats to this man. I asked him to respectfully not treat me so condescendingly for asking a question that I did not know the answer to, and his response was very aggressive. I have even attached the text messages to show this behavior. Just getting in contact with this man to schedule an appointment was a nightmare. Good riddance.

i have had a very bad experience. He came out to my house and assessed our plumbing needs. He did not bring parts with him. The repair did not work. He reluctantly agreed to come back, but we had to obtain the parts ourselves first. We followed his instructions, got the parts and he came back and installed them. The toilet has continued running on and off. I called him again and he was VERY NASTY / RUDE to me, shouted at me, told me to call the better business bureau and hung up on me. Very disappointed. And out-of-pocket $175 plus the parts. Consumer be ware! I have NEVER written a bad review of anybody before.
