We had a clogged sink drain that needed to be fixed and one of their plumbers named David was sent over. He arrived on time and did a great job, he was also very kind and respectful unlike plumbers from different companies that I’ve dealt with in the past. It was a great experience overall

Find them very dishonest. At first they present themselves as having a solution that would save you money so you spend money on them. Then when their fix does not work, they suggest to do what all other companies suggested at first time - but you’ve already spent significant money on them. Then they give you a quote for the job but double it next day. I find them very dishonest and playing games so they can get as much money as they can from you.

This review is from quote to finished and completed work on mini-split heat pump (HVAC). Overall was great and would recommend! Quoting process was very thorough, and we went over almost all options possible. Pricing was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive based on a few quotes that we got. So from my experience you get great value for the service. Scheduling is mostly where my experience was missing that 5th star. Change in scheduling happened about 3 times and so you'll have to be a little flexible because during material and labor shortages due to covid, I'm assuming this where the challenges are. Installation was mostly all clean and went smoothly without any unforeseen issues. This was in about 4 parts: inside unit and compressor one day, outside and inside and basement lines one day, electrician assessment quick look one day, then actual electrician and final turning switch on. There was a very minor issue that we ran into a couple of weeks later but they were able to resolve it within 24 hours at no extra cost. (Covered under warranty)

Denommee always does a fantastic job whenever they come out to take care of our gas/plumbing/electrical needs. On this most recent occasion, Phin came out to cap off a gas line because we’re switching from a gas to electric stove. As always, the service was fast and professional. Highly recommend Denommee when looking at plumbing, heating, cooling, etc.

The work was competently done. 632.00 to replace a waterline for an ice maker is obscene ! This is exactly 50% the cost of the new refrigerator. The work was quoted at a flat rate of 2 hours(228.00 an hour!) if the plumber didn’t have to go to the hardware store for a waterline, it could have easily been done in an hour. I am a senior citizen and feel that I was taken advantage of. Yes, I initially agreed to the price, but i feel it was misquoted. Caveat Emptor, Buyer Beware’

I have excellent experience with these guys ( Denommee).I had a water pressure/ hammer noise happening in my basement and I was able to get a tech to come out and given estimate.He was great and explained what is needed. Mike R and Layla installed an expansion tank and fixed the issue. Appreciate the quick help!

Called these folks on a Sunday and they responded, promising to call Monday morn. Didn't think they would but sure enough, they called. Had someone at my home within 2 hours. My technician, Phin asked what I would like to have repaired and suggested the water fill valve be replaced and explained the cost. He noticed a crack in the base of the toilet that I was aware of and said that he would be careful not to make it worse. I asked about complete toilet replacement cost and he explained all my options. I decided to go with complete replacement since I didn't trust the cracked base. Phin returned within 90 minutes with a new Kohler toilet. From start to finish it only took Phin about 90 minutes to do the complete job, and he left my bathroom cleaner than he found it. He was knowledgeable, polite and professional. If it were possible I would rate Denommee Plumbing, Heating and Cooling higher than 5 stars. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs. Oh, did I mention that the new toilet came with a warranty - it did!

Great experience! I had a leak happening in my basement and was able to get a tech to come out the same day. Mike was great and explained what needed to be done. Replaced the leaky section of the pipe and fixed the issue. Appreciate the quick help!
