Working with minuteman has been seamless. They have a scheduling system down pat (i.e. you use an online scheduling system and someone actually shows up!). The team is communicative and we had no surprises—what was quoted was what we paid. Aaron and his team were thorough and neat in installing the bidet seats. It was somewhat of a complicated project but they worked quickly and professionally. 10/10 recommend.

We had a water heater emergency (on a Sunday!) and with one call to Minuteman we had a technician (Nate) come to our house and fix the leak within a couple of hours. No charge! A technician team came the following day, removed the damaged water heater and installed a new one within 3 hours. The team members were courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

Just had Minuteman perform some work on a commercial restaurant for us. Replaced sink faucets, and some copper pipes that just deteriorated with age. They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced for the amount of work that had to be done! Would definitely use again.

Very positive experience working with Nat and Aaron from Minuteman Plumbing. We had a major leak in the basement main shut-off and they were quickly able to walk me through a temporary solution until they could come out to do the repairs. I appreciate their expertise and thorough communication throughout the process, and would highly recommend them to others.

Right before the New Year, we noticed a two leaks in our basement. Turns out we had a big crack in our sewage pipe. Minuteman came out right away to diagnose the problem and get us scheduled! They fixed both issues in one day and were also just super super nice. We have an older home and will definitely be using them for future projects!

We had worked Aaron at his previous company and had a wonderful experience with him there, so we tracked him down to Minuteman. It is so hard to find a plumber that is highly skilled and a good communicator, and we have built a relationship of mutual trust. I appreciate their attention to detail, thoughtful and efficient staffing of projects, and willingness to answer myriad questions and track down the perfect faucet for us. Most recently, when he came out to do a yearly maintenance on our water heater, he quickly pivoted and completed the project on schedule despite a few unforeseen hiccups. When an old handle broke off, he quickly found the water main to turn off the water and obtained and installed a replacement part. He found that the tubing had been installed incorrectly and there was the possibility of letting in carbon monoxide. He efficiently fixed this critical safety issue. Aaron also listen to my account of a leak in our tankless water heater, that has been plaguing us since we moved in over 10 years ago. He offered to come out in a rainstorm to help diagnose the issue. Needless to say, we will work with them whenever possible for our plumbing needs!

I had the best experience with Minuteman Plumbing and Heating. Communication is very easy. The quoting to appointment process was easy too. I had our furnace serviced by Jaden. Then had a dripping outdoor faucet replaced by Aaron. Both technicians were very knowledgeable, respectful, clean and took time to explain everything.

Nat was a life saver! My in-laws were away in Europe when I got contacted by their roommate telling me about pooling water in their basement. I was away as well so was worried about how to handle this on behalf of my in-laws. Nat of Minuteman Water Heaters went to the home and quickly found the issue was not the water heater, but a clogged drain pipe. Gross smelly water everywhere. His team unclogged the drain and then he got a restoration company in there to clean up the mess. He even helped me navigate getting insurance to pay for it. Since I was out of town as well, I greatly appreciated how Nat kept communicating with me throughout the day about next steps. My in laws were out of town and Nat allowed me to take care of this emergency at their house by managing the project for me. Highly recommend
