This company parks their van on the sidewalk. I don’t understand why they think this is acceptable. I will take my business elsewhere. Edit: People are having to walk in the street to get around the illegally parked van. I almost got hit by a car. This is really terrible behavior from William J Malcolm and Sons. If you don’t know how to park, you should not drive.

I am very pleased with the service I got from Kevin today. He showed up when promised, took the lowest-cost approach to fix a problem, and then stayed on to take care of a last-minute add-on faucet renew. Looking at the previous reviews I am somewhat perplexed by the complaint about the front office. I have been a Malcolm customer for several years and have never experienced this.
