I had my furnace tuned up. I must say, It was well worth the wait. My technician Byron went over everything with me regarding the tune up process. He is extremely knowledgeable and transparent. He went above and beyond what he was there to do. At my request, he patiently taught me how to light my furnace. I feel empowered, Byron is a phenomenal teacher. When he entered my home he put on shoe covers. This exemplifies his consideration for keeping my home safe.

WARNING!! WARNING!! DO NOT let these people into your home. They called me twice a day and sent text messages offering an annual furnace tune-up. If I didn’t know how to shut off the gas to my furnace, I would have been left with gas leaking for two days every time my furnace turned on. Was that a hazard? I took them up on their offer, and they came, showed me some non-emergency issues, and then tried to pressure me into hiring them to fix them. While speaking to the tech, my furnace turned on, and I noticed a strong smell of gas. I pointed it out, and he said it was because they had pulled the bleeder valve to test it earlier. He left, and five hours later, I was noticing a strong smell of gas in my living room. When I checked, I realized the strong smell occurred whenever the furnace came on. I called them and left a message. They called back in the morning and put me on a list with an arrival window of between 8 AM and 4 PM. At 6:15 PM, they called and told me I would have to wait another day. After some back-and-forth on the phone, they sent someone that night. He went into the basement—I don’t know what he did—but he came up and told me that he had to condemn my system and shut off the gas. He then asked if I was available the next day so he and his boss could come by and discuss my options. I declined and called another company the next day. They came out and fixed it in two hours. Mind you, my furnace was working perfectly fine before these people came out, with no issues. The diagnosis from the second company was several loose bolts and screws in the burner manifold causing gas to leak, as well as a loose gas bleeder valve. This company came to my house, created a gas hazard, and then tried to scar me into purchasing an unnecessary expensive r eplacement from them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Green Energy AC Heating & Plumbing Repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From my initial meeting with Kevin Polito through to the completion of the project, their team was consistently prompt, professional, and responsive to all my questions. Green Energy installed a Mitsubishi H2I cooling and heating system in my collision repair shop, and the difference has been remarkable. This system runs flawlessly, providing far superior performance compared to my previous gas system. My baseboard water heater was not calling heat and called Green Energy. They replaced a part after checking out was wrong and it works great now. Tom from Green Energy was polite and professional and got the job done quickly. Highly recommended!

I reached out to this company a year and a half ago as we needed a new heating/AC unit. I like to support locally owned and operated businesses. On first meeting they were great, a salesman did a walkthrough assessed our needs. He said he would reach out in a few days via zoom with a power point to go over the options and address any questions we may have. The presentation was very cookie cutter and it felt like the salesman had a poor understanding of the information they were providing. At the end of the presentation I was left with more questions than answers. As I was weighing the options, I tried calling the salesman using the # on the business card he provided. This was around 4pm on a weekday. When the lined picked up I was greeted by someone in a call center (somewhere overseas). I wasn't too thrilled with the scripted response to my inquires and asked for them to just have the salesman call me back - which he did a week later. In the interim, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Now, about every 3 months I get calls from the Green Energy call center asking me how I'm liking my new heating system, lol. I explained to one of the operators that we never actually hired them, and asked them to stop calling me. That was 6 months ago. Today, I received another call by their call center... I added their number to my spam and decided to leave this review.

I had a drainage problem and the water wouldn’t drain so I called up green energy mechanic to solve the problem. Anthony came over did a test on my water and then got straight to work he fixed my drainage problem in matter of minutes!! We had Green Energy out to service our furnace. When we tried to use our AC the following summer, it didn't work so we called Green Energy to check it out. They told us our AC unit needed to be replaced. We called another company for a second opinion and discovered the source of the problem, Green Energy had disconnected the power to our AC while working on our furnace. I complained to Green Energy and told them we would never use their services again, but I am still receiving phone calls from them to try to schedule furnace maintenance. If you read this Green Energy, please delete my phone number. In response to your reply: your records are incorrect and I did complain to your business directly on the phone. The "bandaid" was reconnecting the power to our ac unit that your technician had disconnected. Please do not contact me again.
