I needed an outdoor faucet installed. I called Matt at Plumbing Solutions and he sent his technicians out within the hour. They were on time, professional and knowledgeable. Roberto and Miguel explained everything to me ahead of completing the job. Nice clean finish. Very pleased!

The hot water tank at my daughter's condo started leaking and flooded a good portion of the basement. I reached out to Plumbing Solutions to see if they could respond to the emergency; Enrique R and Jake were there within 30 minutes. They were very polite and professional, explaining what needed to be done, outlining the work in detail and providing the estimate. Unfortunately, the tank they brought was too tall, but did what work they could that afternoon. Enrique explained they would need to come back in the morning with a shorter tank. They returned the next day promptly at the time they had promised and completed the installation within 40 minutes. I have used Plumbing Solutions in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Matt, the owner, has always been great to deal with, and everybody is personable, easy to talk to, and they understand the customer’s needs. I would give them more than five stars if it was an option.
