I think Ford Plumbing is one of the last reliable local services one can find. These folks are always on time, always there in an emergency, are responsive and professional and most importantly, get the job done right the 1st time! I use them for all my plumbing needs and have been a loyal customer for about 10 years. I plan to be one for the next 20, God willing!

I've worked with Ford Plumbing several times at two different properties in Quincy: faucet & sink installation, toilet repair, clogged sink, and garbage disposal repair. The office is quick to respond, and Brian has been great to work with each time. I appreciate the time he takes to explain problems and options for fixes. They are honest, reliable, and reasonably priced.

If you need any services, start with Ford. They have been consistently responsive and fast for all jobs in my building. During the last visit, Brian reconfigured our plumbing to work with our new countertops and sink faucet. He was extremely nice and personable even though we called him late on a Friday night. Great guy, great company.

Had previously used to install a water heater. Called due to a water heater leak. Went at the property with tenet present would not replace water heater without a check for repair at completion. Would not accept a check to be mailed. Never again. Terrible service. Also had called months before for a different water heater and told could not get to it for days. Just not reliable.

Very responsive and reasonable. I have a steam system and they helped me with some issues relating to the radiators. Great job of explaining things as well which I really appreciated.

RT Ford Plumbing is the best plumbing company in Boston they are reliable they've been around for decades it's been brought down father to son you cannot beat their expertise nor their ability to be incredibly honest their prices are within range of what is excellent and their work is substantially fabulous with nice honest people you feel like they are your neighbor and you can trust them and they do know their business Cathy Hughes West Roxbury they've been with me for over 20 years

They’ve been my go to for a few years now. Unfortunately my heat loves to break on the coldest days of the year, and they always find the time to come out and get it back up and running. They’re great.
