Ernie from Metro Boston Plumbing has been fantastic. We had an emergency washing machine issue and needed to get a new washer and dryer. Ernie worked with us to meet a quick timeline and provided very clear arrival times. He was always prompt and professional and made the hookup process extremely smooth. I would happily work with him again.

Ernie returned my call quickly and was able to fit me into his schedule the following day despite having a full day already. Once on site he diagnosed that the 2nd floor toilet had a slow leak and was causing damage to the ceiling on the first floor. He removed the toilet, replaced the flange and resolved the issue. It’s been a week since the job was done and no sign of any issues reoccurring. He was on time, professional and his pricing was very fair. I will be calling Ernie the next time I need a plumber.

Ernie did a wonderful job! Very knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and responsive. I was replacing a very old gas range and felt a bit unsure about the whole process because gas makes me nervous but Ernie really knew what he was talking about and explained everything really clearly and in a way that made me feel very comfortable about the whole thing! He’s super friendly and says he treats his customers’ homes like his own - he certainly seemed to with mine! 10/10 would recommend!
