Excellent, excellent service. Richard showed up within 30 minutes for an emergency call on a freezing day when our heat was out. He discovered a frozen and damaged pipe within 15 minutes. Had it replaced and our heat running within the hour. Extremely reasonable price as well. Highly recommended!

Rich and his team are fantastic. Our hot water heater burst, water everywhere and no hot water at 5 am on a Saturday! I called the number listed, just hoping for any response later in the morning. By 8 am not only did I have a response but Rich had dropped off the replacement heater on his way to another job. I know we weren’t first on the list, so I assumed maybe our hot water heater could be fixed by Monday. Even though it was late in the day, when Rich arrive to replace the heater, he did. Same day! Rich is kind and understanding that people don’t want to live without their hot water! He worked after his normal business hours to make sure the job was done and to our satisfaction. Given that it was the weekend, we did pay a premium. But, the fact that we had hot water back within the same day was worth a little extra we had to pay. It was still reasonable based on what I’ve heard from friends and neighbors, after the fact. If you are in need of plumber, I feel comfortable and confident recommending RA Adams.
