It's been more than a year since NE Pipe pros fixed the sewer at my house and, knock on wood, no problems. Before the fix, every 3 months we needed to painfully snake it, otherwise the tree roots would block it. These guys took on a very difficult basement when no one else wanted to bother, and did a great job. Thank you!

New England Pipe is an outstanding company. Scott leads a team of high quality professionals--a bunch of nice, hardworking folks who do excellent work and treat their customers with respect. NE Pipe installed a liner in the collapsing clay drain pipe going from our house to the city main. This avoided digging up the front lawn, sidewalk and street. When we experienced another blockage over a year later, Scott sent a team over to clear it and inspect the liner. The issue was unrelated to the liner, which was performing perfectly. Despite that, I was not charged for the service call. That's going above and beyond. As other reviewers have noted, Scott is a straight shooter and a pleasure to work with. It's extremely difficult to find companies like NE Pipe that offer this level of service and integrity. I highly recommend them.

I give New England Pipe Restoration, Inc. my highest recommendation. From the quoting stage through to completion, they were professional and lived up to their scheduling commitments. From the owner down to each of the employees that worked on my project, I found them knowledgeable and hardworking. I needed the work done within a limited window because of a new tenant moving into the property. The owner, Scott, worked hard to fit me in. When we hit an unexpected glitch that required bringing in another contractor to replace a section of pipe that could not be lined, Scott recommended a reliable sewer and drain contractor that, also, went to extreme lengths to get the work done very quickly. Then, Scott returned immediately to finish the project in time for the tenant to move in. Additionally, their price was very competitive. I have been in construction for over 50 years and New England Pipe Restoration, Inc. is one of the best sub-contractors with whom I have worked.

Scott was very responsive to all my questions and was able to assure me that a pipe liner for the sewer would be a good choice for our situation… old sewer pipe with offsets and cracked bottom and trees growing inside! His crew came and Paul, Todd and Christian were professional, skilled and efficient as is Scott. I give this company the highest rating for reliability and a job very well done from beginning to end. Scott and his crew were great! My main sewer line was backing up and another plumber quoted me 25k+ to dig it up for repair. Scott took a video and confirmed that we'd be a good candidate for lining. He showed up on time for the repair, was done in a few hours, and enthusiastically answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend.

Scott and his team are terrific to work with! They saved us a lot of money, and also saved a large tree we didn’t want to cut down. We had sewer back ups after the old clay pipes that our sewer system connects to cracked and filled with tree roots. Instead of having to dig up the entire street and cut down the tree, New England Pipe Restoration managed to snake their way through twisty old pipes and form new pipes using the process they specialize in. It was far more cost and time efficient, and less disruptive by a good extent that the alternative way to replace the pipes. I should also say that Scott was really great about coordinating his work with plumbers and floor excavators, and managed to pull this project off in a really seamless way. We have had a year to live with our new sewer pipes and they have worked perfectly over this time!

Scott and his team did a great job on a trenchless sewer repair for a fair price. They were very quick to respond, answered all of my questions, and explained the process while they were here. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and professional. I definitely recommend them.

I reached out to Scott after receiving a pipe lining quote from another company to line 50ft of my pipe, claiming that that would resolve my root problem. My driveway is 80ft so I had reservations about the 50ft lining resolving the root problem. Scott and his crew ( 6 guys total ) found the clean out valve, cleared the roots all the way to the city's pipe, 118ft. We had to postpone the job by a week, my wife had covid. The following Monday at 7am they were here, the job was done by noon. They showed me video of the entire pipe after the lining process was complete. No more flush anxiety ;-) All Scotts team were prompt, polite and good at explaining to me what they were doing. I would recommend New England Pipe Restoration to anyone having sewage problems caused by roots.
