I had an emergency plumbing situation occur on the evening on December 30th. The sewage was coming back up from the shower and toilet and all tenants in the house had to stop using any drains immediately. I contacted other companies who would not be able to come out until the next morning. I contacted 24 Hr Drain Cleaning & Plumbing and Chris came out within 1 hour. He explained the situation to me, what he believed the issue was and what needed to be done. It took about an hour and he resolved the issue and had the drains unclogged and functional again. Chris is an honest man. Had him come by , emergency call on a Sunday night during a storm. He promptly got out , and let me know what needed to be done. He didn’t BS me at all or give me the run around. Told me what needed to be done. The work needed was unfortunately out of his control, and when I asked if there was anything he could do to temporarily help, he told me he didn’t feel right taking any money from me because he knew there was nothing to be done besides digging up and repairing my drain. Honest man that I’d call back in a heart beat.
