I called to schedule a replacement of my kitchen sink fixture. I had multiple back and forth calls to schedule the appointment (all occurred on the same day), sent an email of my current fixture and the new one I purchased, got confirmation of the appointment, the estimate, and that I needed to have my building shut the water off between 9am-12pm. The day of the appointment comes and no one shows up. I called to see what happened and was gaslit. "Oh you must have called a different plumber." Really here are my call logs and email communications. So when I provided the receipts of the phone calls and emails, was then gaslit some more into, "Oh well there was a miscommunication. You had to confirm the water shutoff." Was never told I had to confirm that and why wouldn't the company call back to confirm the appointment and water shutoff? Do what you will with this information, but I am not impressed.

I can recommend this company. Randy did a fantastic job fixing our leaky shower. He was efficient, communicative and honest. It was useful to hear what caused the problem and different options to fix it. Scheduling with Linda was fast and easy.

We had Big Blue do an estimate because we knew that our hot water heater was at the end of its useful life- the team talked us through the options and gave us a very clear set of quotes. Then our water heater started leaking two weeks later and they were able to replace it in a matter of hours. The team were so professional, friendly and kept us fully updated each step of the way. We used Big Blue for our AC before, we would absolutely use them again after this experience.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Big Blue Plumbing twice, once ten years ago and again this year. Both times, they changed the water heater, and this year they also fixed a shower. Their service has been consistently excellent. Linda, who handles the phone, is incredibly responsive. She answers all questions and addresses problems promptly, whether through email or phone calls. The work is done efficiently and with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Big Blue Plumbing for their outstanding service and professionalism.

I've used Big Blue several times over the past 11 years and always had a fantastic experience. They are professional, responsive and pleasant. Kevin, Carrie and every technician I have met have all gone above and beyond to make sure the problem was solved as quickly as possible. There was even a time I called them for a service they didn't provide, but they very graciously gave me names of companies who could help me. This week I was once again impressed by them when I realized my AC wasn't working and emailed them overnight Monday. By Tuesday morning I had an appointment scheduled and Wednesday by 2pm my AC was fixed. As much as you don't want to have to call someone for repairs, it's good to know that you're in good hands with Big Blue.
