They replaced a leaking return pipe to our furnace, and VERY pleased with both Landry overall and with the technician Tyler Torres as well. I requested service on line, was contacted right away, had an appt that afternoon and they were able to do the work same day! Good price, gave me several options, work was done well and efficiently. Tyler was great, communicated throughout the process. Very happy customer!

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Landry Mechanical! I met with Nick S. who thoroughly went through all my plumbing issues, explained all aspects and was able to give me a quote on the spot for work to be done as individual jobs or bundled as one large job. I bundled all the work and he came the next day! He was so patient with my questions throughout the whole process and explained everything perfectly. This is my first home and I didn’t understand how the well system/ filtration system worked and he was extremely knowledgeable! Thoroughly recommend them to do any work you may need, after talking with Nick more we now have an electrician scheduled to help with my vent fan issues as well! Great when one company can help with all your needs!

Quick and reliable installation of a new boiler. We shopped around, and they got us a reasonable price with warranty. After installation, they confirmed everything was working properly, and walked me through everything. They even took their time to make sure i was comfortable and didn't have any more questions. Given how big of a purchase and investment it is, it was reassuring to know they weren't just trying to get out of there after installing it.

We used Landry Mechanical to install Mini Splits (heat pumps) throughout our home several years ago. It was a big project and they were very patient and knowledgeable with us at the time. We have been using them for maintenance on them as well. Each time they come out, our technician Aaron is very respectful of our home and our time. He explains the process and gives tips and suggestions to maximize efficiency within our system and also to protect and extend the life of our system. Even on the coldest and busiest days we are treated by all we encounter at Landry Mechanical as if we are their only customer. That level of service is hard to find and that level of service earned them a lifetime customer.

Service was excellent. We had a dishwasher uninstalled then a new one installed the next day. Nick came out both days. Super nice and very professional. I was very impressed with how much time they took to make sure the new one was perfectly aligned and leveled. This was my first time using Landry but it won’t be my last.

Paul Mullen was great! He arrived as scheduled and was very professional. We discussed our plumbing issues and he explained what he thought the problem was. He completed the work promptly and also gave us estimates on further work we may want. Highly recommend Paul.

The notifications were great. I received one the day before my appointment and the morning of when en route. The notification included a photo of the person coming. While at my home they were respectful of my home wearing booties to be sure they did not bring outdoor elements into the house. Both gentlemen were knowledgable and explained the situation so a non plumber like myself could comprehend. I was given 2 quotes to choose from. They cleaned up when done. I would highly recommend. Our first contact with Landry Mechanical was via a home visit, the representative was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. After reviewing our current heating equipment he was able to give us a written quote on the spot. Unlike another vendor we talked with that took 2 days to get back to us. Landry was extremely helpful with getting us in contact with Mass Save, and the rebate programs they offered. They showed up about one week later with a crew and all the “stuff” and completed the installation in one day, that night we had an air conditioned house. We are very pleased with the Landry Mechanical company and will recommend them to our friends and family. I wanted to add a note about the great job that Patrick Humphrey and Ian Shack did with the installation of the system at our home. Patrick was knowledgeable and precise as well as respectful of our home. The final steps were to insulate the heating duct work and they did a great job.
