Had a plumbing emergency and called my regular guy. Turns out he retired and sold the business to Santon Plumbing & Heating. Turns out Santon is just as "Reliable". Keith showed up on-time today and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He even pointed out some other areas that will need attention in the near future. Can't recommend this company enough.

I had a very positive experience working with Santon Plumbing and Heating! On 9/24/2021, I heard a hissing coming from my heating closet and found my hot water tank leaking around 7AM. I called Santon at about 7:30 that day and was greeted with a nice representative who set me up with an 8:00 AM appointment that morning (even for a 1st time customer). The technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and discussed all the options with me. After getting informed, my wife and I made the decision to replace the tank. It only took about 4 hours from the technician’s arrival to getting brand new tank and hot water again in the house. He even needed to drag the old tank out of the house full of water due to a drain issue with the old tank. I would recommend Santon Plumbing and Heating to anyone for their heating and/or plumbing needs.

Santon Plumbing and Heating, was simply great to work with and I got quality product and service at a reasonable price. It was a chance mention by my neighbor and I reached out to them for quote and decided to go with them. From start to finish, Todd, Cindy, Jake, Dan, and the installation team were professional and on top of things. I will highly recommend them for HVAC needs. Thank you!

Great company! Able to quickly assess our problem and do a temporary fix until pipe replacement could be completed 1 week later. Matt was so nice. He took time to explain all parts of process. He even took photos of his work to discuss it with me as I cannot use my basement stairs myself to go look. Also, he didn't try to upsell work that could wait, or push things on us. He worked well with us, within out budget, which was nice, as this was an unexpected expense! Highly recommend this company! Will use them from now on for all our plumbing needs!

It was my first time working with Santon plumbing and I am greatly satisfied with the responsiveness, professionalism, and ease of the process. We had a report of some condensation near pipes surrounding the furnace, so I quickly scheduled a maintenance service to get it checked out. First of all - the website has a very nice user interface and is easy to navigate and submit the service request. Santon plumbing was able to send someone within 48 hours. They were able to explain there was some corrosion and replaced the bolts as well as some new piping. Now all looks good as new. They also explained some tips and precautions for going forward. Lastly, the ease of paying the in invoice was great, with Apple Pay as an option. Thank you! Will use Santon plumbing again

One of the most professional teams I have worked with in a long time. From first call, during a snow storm, Cynthia took my call and listened to what was going on. Not having heat for almost a month in the middle of winter, She got me right on the schedule and Todd H came out the next day. He completed his checks, took the time to explain it to me and show me where things went wrong. Came up with a couple options and laid out a game plan on the spot. Will be seeing him within the week to have a new unit installed. Completely knowledgable and just secured me as a customer for anything Hvac related. I really appreciate this team and for anyone looking for any new installs, repairs, heat or cool. Call these guys and ask for Todd. Highly Recommend!

Had an issue with our furnace working only when it wanted to. Called Santon around 9am... Yes, they actually have someone who answers the phone during business hours. After quickly explaining the situation, the lady who answered the phone stated she can have a technician out here a little after 1:00 p.m. Same day service? Sure that's what they all say. Sure enough the technician showed up. Surprisingly it was the same technician that came to our house a few months ago when we had an issue with our water heater. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad flame sensor/ corroded flame detector. And even showed us how to do the yearly maintenance of the flame detector to help keep our furnace from malfunctioning. He had the part needed in his truck and was able to repair our furnace within an hour.

We wanted to upgrade the a/c, air handler and furnace, and make it all dual fuel. Todd came by, took a look and understood exactly what we wanted. He's detail oriented, knowledgeable and an all-around great guy; absolutely trustworthy. The work was on time, on target and as quoted. The company was responsive and answered questions within a reasonable timeframe. We now have a gas furnace, heat pump + a/c and a thermostat that deals with it all very nicely, switching from heat pump to gas at set temps to deal with the area weather. All other staff at Santon were very nice to work with, and the two times I visited the office they all wore smiles as well. From my perspective, if they continue to set high expectations they're going to need to hire more people to remain consistent - which is not always easy. Maybe clone Todd?!
