Sharp Plumbing & Heating

I had a leaky pipe behind my washer. I called Sharp and they sent me Gabriel who replaced my old metal pipes with pearly white pvc pipes. The job was quick and he even added copper supports for me hot and cold water connectors. Very happy with my service and will be calling them again in the future.

Had a great experience with Sharp today. They were able to make it out same day for a leaking pipe. My technician Adrianna was wonderful, listened about issues I was aware of but didn't want to address today and took care of everything I did want done. They even identified a gas leak that I was unaware of and forwarded the the pictures they took to me when I declined their repair because it should still be under warranty by another company. I will definitely be using sharp again.

Robert and Dennis did an absolutely outstanding job extending my hot water heater vent up to code. They came early, were polite and professional, and a first class operation! Hats off to Sharp Plumbing! Highly recommend!

Our technician from Sharp was punctual, thorough, and communicated well. The quality of the work performed was excellent. Beyond addressing the primary issue, he also performed a minor repair of a basement toilet at no charge.

Not happy with this company and submitted my claim to the BBB. They were slow in fixing a small issue, i.e., replacing a 3-ft long piece of a gas pipe. This company tried to charge for a visit of so-called master plumber who did nothing and did not produce an estimate. That failure to provide an invoice resulted in many confusions and a wrong estimate that included the work not needed. The office was late in dispatching a team and did not give a warning so we were waiting in a cold house being without heat. I have only agreed to go with them because they promised to make a fix in 1-2 business days but it took much longer. The manager became argumentative when we pointed out that the invoice includes unnecessary items such as a heater installation. After the work was finally done, both, an Eversource technician and the town inspector expressed their frustration with its quality. The owner finally agreed to cut an initial cost (~ $1,500!) in a half, still charged more than an average fee for an hour long fix. Absolutely no price transparency as they claimed. Later they sent me an invoice in the negative amount, admitting that I was wrongly charged for an initial visit that did not result in any work done. However, no credit was posted to my account for months. Will see what BBB can do to keep them accountable.

From start to finish these guys did a great job. They went right to work when they got here and did an excellent job on everything. Sharp has a very friendly staff and I will absolutely be calling you for all my plumbing needs. Thank you!

The team did a great job ensuring my bathtub was perfect. They go above and beyond at every step from wearing the shoe covers, super friendly and polite, high quality work and perfectly cleaning up after themselves.
