N. Latuga plumbing and heating

Hired him at the end of the season last year to get boiler ready for this winter. He did the job. Fast forward 4 months to last week when I went to use the heat and my boiler ran horribly. Called for him to come see what’s going on seeing I haven’t used the heat since his work was done. He said he would come out the next week and said it’s fine to run the heat. I sent him a video of black smoke coming out of the chimney and he would answer my calls or texts. I called another plumber to come out and that plumber found out he installed the wrong nozzle on my boiler and was flooding it with oil. That plumber had to re clean my boiler again and repair the mistake that this plumber made. I decided to post this due to him not caring to answer messages. I hope no one else gets ripped off. Waste of $250 dollars. Didn’t fix his mistake and doubt I’ll be getting my money back either. I have a wife and 4 children in the house. This isn’t ok.

Did an amazing job and at an affordable price. He replaced our outside water spigot in no time and was flexible with scheduling. Will use him for any of our future plumbing needs.

Nick stopped by the same day I called him and resolved a small plumbing issue we had with little fuss. He and his assistant were very pleasant and professional and I will certainly call on him should we ever have another problem.

I've used Latuga Plumbing twice in the last 6 weeks - once to replace a leaking water heater and a second time to fix a leaking toilet. Nick's response time and quality of work were great. The water heater job was a tough one but Nick got it done on a very timely basis.

He upgraded and installed a water heater in my condo, he replaced a toilet in our upstairs bathroom and he also worked on a sump pump in our downstairs bathroom. I did not hesitate to send him to my parents when they needed work done as well.

Nick has been a great investment. When you're spending a lot to do over your Kitchen and bath, don't hire contractors that don't show up. You get what you pay for!
