I had a water line bust this winter and Spencer Home Services gave me the best quote and the best service. True professionals and masters at their craft. Brian VanVoorhis, Paul, Brian and Julio showed up bright and early and got to work right away. They were incredibly efficient and polite and finished the whole job with an immaculate clean up. I won’t waste time looking for another plumbing company ever again. Spencer Home Services is the best.

Spencer home services has a great team to support home repair needs. Rich and his team were very responsive, quick, efficient and most of all honest, transparent and fair pricing. They come they assess and most often have whatever they need right in the truck versus Leaving to get the stock they need and come back. Much more efficient and you pay less in the end. Spencer team did a great job installing a new heat pump and upgrading my circuit board from 100 to 200 amps. I chose them because they did a comprehensive assessment of what I needed and provided a competitive quote that was easy to understand. The installation went smoothly. The only issue I had was that towards the end of the project, the electrical work was not quite done. The team needed to come back several days later to finish. While I understand that these kinds of things happen, and you have to find the time in the schedule, the real problem was that it was not communicated to me. I did not know what they needed to do and how long to expect the delay. I had to call up the office a few times and track it down. This is the reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5. But ultimately the job was finished, and the project went well. I would not hesitate to recommend Spencer to others.
