Chris was amazing, install of the furnace was amazing and was the most efficient I’ve ever seen. A quick in and out job! I have never seen a group of people or even a company work so fast. They were also very courteous and explained everything for me to understand. The included GPS to see the technician’s ETA is also a neat detail. Great job!

Chase was terrific. He was courteous and honest. My toilet likes to run by itself occasionally and Chase recommended I wait until it runs more frequently. Instead of paying to replace parts for about $500, his recommendation was to wait and pay for a new toilet when needed. Thereby paying only once. Great advice!

We had a small leak in a copper pipe in the basement. Sean was thorough in identifying several pinpoint leaks in that pipe and how much of it actually needed to be replaced to prevent a more serious leak in the future. He also identified a couple of material options for replacing the pipe, explains the pros and cons of each. He was very courteous and professional. Did a nice job and we are very happy with the result.

Matthew was polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the heat pump issue, then took the time to explain it to me. A little refrigerant later and we had heat. Just in time for the coldest days of the last three winters. Booking online was super easy. I really appreciate the updates by email and text message.

Extremely happy with all of the work completed by Beantown. Service/communication exceeds expectations, absolutely zero complaints or areas for improvement. A really well run company from front office staff, to master plumber and everyone in between. Money well spent.

We had an emergency this Sunday because our boiler unexpectedly shut down. Thankfully, we have the service agreement which gave us a 50% discount on the visit. Brian was Very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything and we did have a problem that needed a new part. Thankfully, he had everything he needed on the truck and was able to remedy our issues In about an hour time. I also wanna say that the call center on a Sunday handled everything well and I got a call back from the company to schedule Brian to come out that took all of about an hour. Very happy with the results and service
