Great experience, great people and top quality work. Highly recommended. Extra credit to Nick for staying late to make sure our new heating system was running on all cylinders. Our old house put up a fight, but Nick was up to the challenge. Thanks for everything!

John and Jonathan did a great job and persevered through the funky piping of a 130 year old house. They showed up on time, were super friendly and ended staying to 9:30 at night to make sure everything was working perfectly - we checked all the zones and made sure everything was all set. I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them for my next project!

I had my water heater replaced by Trust1, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. Eric and John H. did a great job—they were knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They arrived on time, worked diligently to fix my old unit first (another technician from another company did not even try to), and when it was clear that the unit was broken beyond repair, they made sure that the new unit was installed in time. What really stood out was that Trust1 offered a fair and competitive price, which I truly appreciated. No hidden fees, just honest and transparent service. I had a disappointing experience with this plumbing company and specifically with their technician, Eric. This was my first time using them, and the initial setup was so smooth and communicative. They assured me multiple times while I was on hold that calls were recorded, and as a new customer, they offered to waive the $79 dispatch fee. I received a text and call when the plumber was on the way, which was great. Eric arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue—a broken sink that needed to be replaced. He presented me with three quotes: 1. Premium: $1,800 for a full replacement, including new water lines and shutoff valves. 2. Basic: $1,200 for a new sink and water lines. 3. $600+ if I purchased my own sink and had it ready for installation by Monday. I thanked him but explained I couldn’t afford those prices. Eric then asked what I could afford and offered to run it by the office. I hesitantly said if they could do the basic option for $800, I might be able to make it work. He immediately dismissed that, saying the faucet alone was $300. I reiterated that I needed to shop around, at which point he became pushy and started guilt-tripping me. He repeatedly implied that I was a bad landlord for not agreeing to their prices on the spot, despite the fact that my tenant had only reported the issue that morning and I had someone out the same day. Then, Eric backtracked on the waived dispatch fee, claiming it was only complimentary if I proceeded with their service—contradicting what I was originally told. I told him that I was told it should be waived, and if not, I would speak to a manager for being misled. A few minutes later, he called back to say the fee would be waived after all, and once again tried to convince me to have them install a sink on Monday. Later, my tenant informed me that Eric had an apprentice with him and was overheard telling the apprentice that they were overcharging for the job—right in front of the tenant! Even worse, Eric reportedly told my tenant that they had a "really bad landlord." I am shocked by this unprofessional experience, given the company’s great reviews. The level of price gouging and unprofessional behavior was unacceptable. We did get it fixed by the way for about $300 with parts and about 30 minutes (if that) of labor. It honestly feels like they were taking advantage of a situation where they felt like they could get more money without the landlord present. It’s embarrassing that this company allows someone like Eric to represent them. I hope they address this issue so no other customer has to deal with this kind of situation. *** update after the owners response 1. I never said that you were anything but prompt and actually said the setup was smooth and communicative. There was no issue with your office staff, Eric was the rude and sharp one. 2. You don't need to "check your notes" about the service fee. Check your call recordings where the woman I spoke to verbally mentioned it. There were at least two times your system said it was recording calls. The proof is literally in the computer. 3. Stand by your quotes if you must. But also it took my husband (a skilled contractor) 25 minutes to replace the sink and water lines on his own. Eric said the sink was $300. So that's $900 profit from the basic plan you quoted for 30 minutes of work to replace a sink (that required one tool). 4. Yes, these accusations are serious, and they are also true. Of course Eric is going to deny this, he wants to keep his job! Why would my tenant lie about this? Why would I lie about feeling pressured if it didn't happen? Honestly, from the response, it seems like this is a culture issue at this company...you know what they say, it starts at the top. At the end of the day, it is you and your future customers who will suffer from your lack of taking the truth seriously. Good luck!

Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Trust 1. My heating system was on the fritz, but thankfully I was able to schedule Mike and Tyrell to come take a look the next day. They made a thorough evaluation and came up with several options for me to choose from on how to move forward. They explained things clearly and, once I made a decision, they made next day arrangements to fix it. Brandon and Jonathan came bright and early the next day and worked quickly installing. Hopefully I don’t have any emergencies again soon but if I do I know who to call now.

Great service . I called on Tuesday and immediately got someone on the phone who was friendly and helpful. I was able to schedule an annual maintenance appt for my water heater for Thursday the same week. Andrew called me in the morning letting me know he was going to be arriving in 45 mins to an hour . When he arrived he was very nice and professional. He gave me info on my water heater and some options that I could choose for the maintenance . He was great to talk to and made me very comfortable . Thank you !
