I recently found myself in need of a skilled plumber. And as is likely the case with most people, we never have a trusted relationship with such a skilled craftsperson on hand and find ourselves scattering to find someone when we are in sudden need. So I started the hunt and began to look locally first because I am a believer in supporting local businesses when possible. I did a bit of researching and up came the name of Bushi Plumbing Heating and Cooling and along with this were some very positive and recent reviews. So I made the call and within 20 minutes of what, I am sure, would have been a very busy workday I received a call back from Renato, who was kind and reassuring and told me he would have someone to my home in about one hour. Two wonderful young men, Pablo and Artie, showed up as expected and came prepared and went right to work to fix the problem. Within an hour they were finished. Not only did they work diligently but they were so kind and respectful. Renato should feel proud with the job performed and the professionalism of these two men. It is always wise to find good and trustworthy craftsmen/craftswomen and have those numbers handy. I am so pleased that, although I did not already have the number to Bushi Plumbing, I have this number now and would not hesitate to recommend it to someone or use it again. In a world where people are always ready to tell people what they do wrong, it’s even more important to let people know what they do right! Bushi has provided multiple services for me since I moved into my home, they repairs a pipe with a gas leak, installed my water heater and recently replaced my boiler. They've always been incredibly communicative, punctual with services, given helpful advice and provided affordable options for me. I thought I smelled gas recently, and they got to my house faster than I did! I would definitely recommend them!
