A. Direda Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

Our water heater finally kicked the bucket over the weekend. My wife called A. Direda Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Monday morning (we are a repeat customer) and they had someone out to inspect it within a hour. After looking, it was confirmed that the old water heater needed to be replaced. They had the new water heater in stock and provided us with same day service. A. Direda is highly recommended.

Tony was great. I called for issues with our booster pump. He responded in a few minutes to my call and came the same day and fixed the pump.

Mike did a great job for us replacing our 100 year old lead drain pipes and updating our copper to Pex when a leak caused water damage and our ceiling to crumble. It was a huge job over several days and he was quick, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend these guys.

Recently had A/C repair, toilet replacement, and finding and fixing a slow leaking pipe done by this company. In each instance they were 100% professional, timely, and importantly, their pricing was more than fair. Refreshing to see such skill and professionalism without price gouging. Tony and Mike are the very best! After 35 years my gas boiler heating system failed a week before Christmas and I needed to replace it as I was expecting family on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Tony came out the same day I contacted him, assessed the system and problem, and got me a quote same day. He replaced my unit with the same high quality brand and he did it the very next day I contacted him and the cost was almost half what I was quoted from another HVAC company in the area. Tony and his team did a great job installing two air conditioners and a furnace. Direda Plumbing was on time and on budget. A couple of challenges presented themselves during the installation and Tony held by his original estimate. I found the prices to be fair and reasonable and installation work exceptional. I will certainly use Direda again for any plumbing and HVAC work and will recommend.

Had my sewage pipe and bathroom sink pipe replaced. Tony inspected both the same day I called and gave me a fair price. The parts were replaced the very next day. Would use them again!
