We had our water heater basin give out and we had to head out the next day and Nick was quick to respond and get these set up quickly. Zack the installer was excellent prompt and very courteous. The whole team at Wicked plumbing was easy to work with and they helped set everything up for us. I would recommend Nick and his team to anyone looking for any kind of plumbing services. Called wicked plumbing first thing in the morning. They were there within an hour and a half to fix my well motor. They worked hard in a tight space in the crawl space of the cellar. They had the parts we needed on hand no waiting and staffed so no waiting. Thank you Wicked Plumbing for fast service and at such a reasonable price!! Everyone who calls a plumber is probably in a stressful situation. I called Wicked Plumbing and they actually answered the phone. They took down my information and within 15 minutes the boss called me back. He gave me several options as far as a timetable and was approachable and professional. An appointment was set up right away. Zack showed up on time and reviewed what needed to be done. No sales pitches were used, and they described what the job involved and why I needed it done. Zack was at my place for 4 hours and did a great job. He went over the amount of the bill before and after the work was completed. An invoice was sent within minutes to my email and text messages were sent telling me when they would arrive. Truly a professional business and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again with any other plumbing issue.

Had an issue with my water tank and called these guys based on the positive reviews. And there reviews are accurate! Didn't end up going with the for the project, But was very impressed with the business and the young men. Was able to schedule a same day appointment, they were prompt, and the communication and pricing were clear and fair. Would definitely consider for future projects- Beth

I want to say thank you to nick, and hunter for the wonderful job they have done in my home . I had reached out to wicked plumbing for having no heat and they came right out and got the job done . Nick explained everything in detail about what needed to be done. The pricing was as very reasonable and the work was completed in 3 hours . Wow, these guys are great! We’ve owned our house for about two years and this is our first major plumbing issue, so we did not have any one locally to work with. I did some research and saw that Wicked Plumbing was recommended by several on some local message boards and reached out. They were able to come and see us within a few days and fix the problem on site. Zach was very thorough in explaining to me what was actually going on and I felt secure in his recommendations. Very satisfied and definitely recommend!

Wicked Plumbing is Spectacular and does an Outstanding job. They are very Professional and show you the price of the job up front. They actually looked at two additional issues I was having and they were able to fix one relatively fast and there was no charge. They diagnosed a totally separate issue for me. My wife for the last 2 days keeps saying the new kitchen sink is AMAZING.
