We had two plumbing issues back to back in our apartment, and Dave was able to resolve both of them quickly! He was friendly, professional, and efficient. Dave took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly and made sure we didn’t have any lingering questions or concerns before he left. We really appreciated his help—thank you, Dave!

Working with Green Tech was an overall excellent experience. I called, and within 45 minutes they had someone come out, diagnose the issue, and take care of it immediately. Dave was excellent- very knowledgeable, and transparent about options to fix the issue, which I am thankful for. I highly recommend Green Tech Plumbing & Heating to anyone in need of plumbing or heating services.

Exceptional Weekend Service from Dave I recently had the pleasure of working with Dave, who went above and beyond by coming over on a weekend to fix a critical HVAC heating issue. Not only did he efficiently replace the capacitor, but he also provided invaluable recommendations for future maintenance. His professionalism, expertise, and willingness to help during an emergency were truly impressive. I highly recommend Dave for any HVAC needs, as his service is prompt, and efficient. His dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of his work. Thank you, Dave, for getting us back up and running smoothly!

Our landlord called Green Tech Plumbing and Heating for an issue with our heating system. Dave provided excellent service. He arrived very quickly after he was called, fixed the issue very quickly and gave me a run through of the issue and his fixes. He was very friendly and polite and I would highly recommend this service to others.

UPDATE: Just had a plumber to fix the still dripping shower faucet and he was shocked that I said we had someone out to fix it bc the part I was told was replaced WAS NOT REPLACED. Nothing was done other than a screw that was broken off. So yeah, I just paid another plumber to fix my dripping faucet only to find out the $750 I paid to Green Tech Plumbing was for NOTHING... I feel worse now than I did in December... When you spend $750 and your shower is dripping more than it was before Green Tech service... When the tech came to fix my dripping shower he told me all the things that could go wrong but said, if we change the hot/cold parts that should fix the problem. When he left it was still dripping but he ASSURED me it would stop within the hour it was just residual. Well the drip has yet to stop and its been since December 3rd. I messaged Green Tech a week later to no avail. They told me if I want it to stop dripping I'd have to pay to replace more parts and that I knew that. If I knew that why on earth would I have paid $750 for literally NOTHING but frustration. I told him I absolutely did NOT know that. I even said how about we meet in the middle and you give me back half because now I'll have to pay even more to have someone else come in. Nope, they're not budging. While $750 may not be a lot of money to some, to me it is. I would have never bothered further than the initial conversation. Why would I pay $750 for my shower to continue to drip? Nobody would, that makes no sense. Maybe you'll have a better experience with Green Tech but consider yourself warned

We had a great experience with Hector and Green Tech Plumbing. We had a couple issues with our toilet/tank and after struggling to find a provider who would service our unit (in Charlestown due to parking concerns) Green Tech was a breath of fresh air. They were quick to schedule service and even returned that same afternoon to make an adjustment (at no additional cost). Would absolutely recommend them and will use them in the future!

SHADY. Read "Joohi Mittal"'s review from a year ago -- Her experience matches mine. If the owner would like to resolve this with me, he has an email with me in his inbox. I left a form submission online late Sunday night. Somebody called me *late*, at like... 10pm. I was shocked, and said I was expecting to talk to someone about scheduling tomorrow.. He said that in order to schedule, I had to pay a deposit. I said sure, that's fine, I'll do that. He never locked in a time with me which is fine because it wasn't an urgent job and I needed to pay the deposit. He never mentioned about anything coming the following morning. I figured the ball was in my court to pay the deposit and contact your guys about scheduling, and I could take my time with doing so. The next morning, you guys called me at 8am, I didn't pick up because I thought the office was just following up with me to remind me to pay the deposit. We hadn't yet secured an appointment nor had I paid the deposit. It had only been... Maybe 10 hours since I spoke to someone. No time to pay the deposit or even look at my calendar. I didn't pay the deposit until later Monday, when someone texted me asking if I wanted the work. I said yes, I apologized for my delay, but I had been resting from travel and told them I'd pay the deposit shortly. We paid late Monday afternoon and then at around 6:30pm, I received a text that said "Tomorrow 8-10am arrival time". I never verified that would work, nobody ever called me, frankly I didn't even see that text. I did not agree to have someone come the next morning! In fact, I told them it was NOT an urgent job. Tuesday morning somebody called at 8am. Again, I said I never set up a time! He then threatened to remove my credit because "this is the second time he sent someone out but I wasnt ready." Which I NEVER agreed to. My partner suggested we just hear him out. Dave came over and told me I had to agree to his "maybe it will work" proposal of something like 300-500$, I can't remember the exact amount. I said we need to talk to our landlord, he said I needed to get same-day work to have the 100$ credit applied. This was NEVER! told to me at any point. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY! I doubt I will recieve a refund for that bogus 100$ "hurry up and let us in" charge. I believe many of these 1-review accounts to be fake reviews.

They came quick and did remove the clog, but they charged $400 for 5 minutes of work. I would recommend a different plumber unless money is no object and you are okay with waiting.
