Jim is extremely unprofessional and lacks any experience when it comes to communication and writing. It took multiple calls to get a response and he speaks to you in an arrogant way like you don’t know anything about life, or business. Very unprofessional with a lack of empathy for their customers. Very frustrating and disappointing. Worst company. As multiple people stated already: terrible work, horrible customer service. Best advice is DO NOT hire them. 1 start rating is too high.

Jim is great. I found him a few years ago when I needed to replace my furnace. Since then I have used him to replace my water heater and to hook up my new stove to the gas lines. My neighbors have used him too to replace their furnace. They also think he is great. Recently, in inspecting our furnaces, he detected and alerted us to other problems in our building that needed to be fixed. He responds quickly. His work is excellent. He is very professional. His prices are reasonable. I very strongly recommend him to anybody.

Quick note on a fantastic experience. Jim was called to fix a plumbing issue and discovered that a cast iron pipe and drain needed to be replaced. He was able to take care of this within hours. Jim has been servicing our apartment for over 10 years and never disappoints!

Absolutely recommend! Jim did an excellent job installing our brand new system and guiding us through the oil-to-gas conversion. Even when we encountered hiccups outside of the project scope (hello, sudden asbestos removal!), he managed them professionally, efficiently, and with plenty of communication. We're really happy with our new system (so much hot water!) and would recommend Jim's services to anyone!

On the evening the water pipe was frozen, I sent an e-mail for a service request to Jim's plumbing & heating service. Twenty minutes after I sent the service request email, I got a call from Jim. After explaining the situation, I was able to book a business trip service on the spot. The next day, Jim arrived home at the appointment time at 8:30 am. It took 1 hour from start of work to finishing cleaning. In my case, the process and results were all smooth from service request to work completion. Even if something else happens, I think I'll have to ask Jim for work. I'm glad there is a good plumber where I live.

We called Jim on 5/26/2020 as our dishwasher was causing the downstairs tenant to have flooding in their kitchen. Jim came right away and attempted to snake the drain but it was so clogged at a certain point it was pointless to go further. Jim placed new pipes in the basement ceiling to circumvent the clog. Jim was professional, courteous, and fair. We are happy with the work and we would use Jim again. In fact, we have used Jim two other times in the past for other issues and he has been outstanding. We recommend Jim to our family and friends.

Jim has helped us twice in the past month - first with the installation of a gas dryer then with the installation of two water tanks and a heating system repair. Jim is responsive, professional, courteous and his work is exceptional. We found him online after another contractor failed to show up and we will be calling him for all of our future needs.
