After dealing with a previous company that attempted to overcharge and provided subpar service, I was so relieved when Peri came to inspect and fix my boiler. They were incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I fully understood the issues and the steps they were taking to resolve them. What really stood out to me was their honesty and integrity. Unlike the other company, Peri did not engage in price gouging or try to upsell unnecessary services. Instead, they provided a fair and transparent estimate and stuck to it. The quality of the work was exceptional, and my boiler is now running perfectly. Proto home service came the day after I called and worked around my busy schedule. They went above and beyond diagnosing my heating issue and explained how the system worked and the steps they are taking to fix it. I had a leaking faucet that started to leak below the sink and was damaging the cabinet floor. I called Proto Home Services on a Saturday. Peri returned my call quickly and was able to come out the next day and fix the faucet. I really appreciated the quick response and neatness of the job. I highly recommend Proto Home Services and will definitely call them again if a plumbing need arises.

Peri and his assistant were great!! Needed a new water heater asap, and Peri was able to install a new one right away. Definitely recommend using his company for all plumbing and heating needs. I will continue to use him.
