0I recently had the pleasure of working with at Peri at Proto Plumbing, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. After dealing with a previous company that attempted to overcharge and provided subpar service, I was so relieved when Peri came to inspect and fix my boiler. They were incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I fully understood the issues and the steps they were taking to resolve them. What really stood out to me was their honesty and integrity. Unlike the other company, Peri did not engage in price gouging or try to upsell unnecessary services. Instead, they provided a fair and transparent estimate and stuck to it. The quality of the work was exceptional, and my boiler is now running perfectly. Proto home service came the day after I called and worked around my busy schedule. They went above and beyond diagnosing my heating issue and explained how the system worked and the steps they are taking to fix it. I had a leaking faucet that started to leak below the sink and was damaging the cabinet floor. I called Proto Home Services on a Saturday. Peri returned my call quickly and was able to come out the next day and fix the faucet. I really appreciated the quick response and neatness of the job. I highly recommend Proto Home Services and will definitely call them again if a plumbing need arises.

Peri and his assistant were great!! Needed a new water heater asap, and Peri was able to install a new one right away. Definitely recommend using his company for all plumbing and heating needs. I will continue to use him.

These guys are AMAZING. If you’re looking for someone who is both knowledgeable and super-responsive, these are your guys. They have dealt with some super janky plumbing for me in a couple of old buildings and they did a phenomenal job. Trustworthy and reasonably priced. Hard combination to beat.

We had a leaking pipe that was connected to the boiler/water heater combo, called a few companies but couldn't get anyone to come soon. Finally tried Proto, sent a picture of the leaking part, got an approximate quote right away. They came on the same day, fixed the pipe professionally, price was very reasonable. They even fixed my garden faucet for free afterwards. Couldn't be happier with the service, will definitely use their service again!

I called Proto Home Sevices after having a bad experience with another company. Peri came out within 1.5 hours on a Saturday to assess the problem with my heat. He came back Monday morning to make the repair. They are prompt, communicative, and thorough in their work. I would highly recommend Proto Home Services and will call them first next time .
