Some customers have had positive experiences with annual maintenance and warranty replacements.
• Negative: Poor work quality reported on a tankless water heater installation (gaps, improper sealing, leaking), potential warranty issues, model discrepancies, price increases for credit card payments, service appointment issues (late arrival, requesting the client to leave the house open), unprofessional behavior (apprentice breaching a baby gate), and some technicians were unable to fully resolve issues. Some customers were asked not to call again due to the review.
