I discovered a leak in my heating system two nights ago. and called Zeolla for the first time , I left a message and they were quick to respond. They came out the next day. The plumbers were personable and professional. I would use them again and highly recommend.

Think twice before you go with Zeolla Asked me not to call them again due to the review, and they are not going to replace the parts under the 2 years labor warranty. 1. work quality Had a tankless water heater installed in March 2024. a huge gap (>1/2 inch) between the wall and exhaust pipe only sealed half side. And the flange is not properly shaped. There was rain coming into the basement along the pipe. Informed them about the situation, claimed fixed while still the same. This morning, the water heater starts leaking, merely made to the fourth month. After examine the interior, the leak is from the interior component. Waiting on the warranty parts. 2. attention to detail the estimator claimed that they only install certain models while they bring the different model listed on the estimate sheet. The plumber figured out after all the work is done, and try to pass the bucket to the supplier???? 3. fee after knowing I will be paying with credit card the price went up more than 6% while most processors do not charge more than 3.5%. 4. service While giving a service time window is common, after you move your client to accommodate their schedule, they told you they were behind and ask you to leave your house open. If the plumber charges for their time, should they be paying for the client's time that they should not have to take off for a problem that should not exist(leaking within a few months)? 5.professionalism The apprentice breach to the second floor where I had the baby gate up. He claimed he is up there to drain the system. I thought drainage requires opening faucets on the lower floors or outdoor spigots. He also broke the gate and claim I did not use the right or long enough fixture screw to the dry wall? The point here is that the working area is on first floor and basement, and the plumbers did not ask for permission to make the move.

October, 2024 Thank you to Zeolla Plumbing for sending Jack to install a new disposal and replace a leaking water shut-off. He was professional, courteous, and patient with our questions. We will continue to call Zeolla for our plumbing needs. February, 2025 And TY again for sending two fabulous professionals to fix a leaky shower spigot. These men prevented a water-leak from happening. They were patient, went through different scenarios, and put our minds at ease.

Zeolla has been handling the annual maintenance on my tankless water heater, which they installed five years ago. However, this Friday morning, I discovered that the tank had developed an internal leak and needed to be replaced. Fortunately, Zeolla Plumbing arranged for the manufacturer to replace it at no cost! I initially feared I’d be without hot water for the entire weekend since this happened on a Friday. However, they quickly assessed my situation and promptly uninstalled the old unit that same day, replacing it with a new one to ensure I had hot water for the weekend. This level of service truly exemplifies going above and beyond for customers. Thank you, Zeolla! My entire family of five is extremely grateful.
