Had to replace our water heater and 128 noticed a rusted out sewer pipe upon inspection. Life saver to replace this thing before it burst. They also inspected the pipe that runs out to the street with a camera snake and found multiple points of disconnection that were causing leaks into the ground. We will be getting that fixed as well. Again, they found this before we had major issues that require excavation. Steve and Steve did incredible work on the main pipe. Great people. Very thorough and honest. Highly recommend.

I called up 128 Plumbing due to a slow, backed-up bathroom sink drain. I had used 128 before for other services and knew I could trust their work. Colby from 128 was great! He communicated well, was very friendly, informed me of my options and what work needed to be done, and completed the work very quickly. After his work my drain was back to working perfectly. Most importantly, he cleaned up and left my bathroom looking better than before he arrived! Would highly recommend.

11/6/2024 Jeff F from 128 Plumbing etc. was a star!! He fixed our plumbing problem and even cleaned big stains around it to help out. He was a great guy, personable, pleasant, interesting and caused ZERO stress to our household. Not only was I happy to have had the major plumbing problem fixed, and then some with so much extra cleaning that Jeff did, I was happy to work with Jeff. He was intelligent, highly competent and a true gentleman. I had used 128 Plumbing etc. before and knew they were the best, but Jeff F was amazing.

My first appointment with 128 was an educational one!! Thanks to Esteban--he took his time to explain to me not only how the furnace works in my unit, but also the conditions of my furnace in GREAT detail. He walked me through his assessment and pointed out areas where signs of age could be detected. He did a fantastic job in educating me on proper maintenance to extend the life of my furnace (filters replacement), as well as making sure everything was reassembled properly after the assessment. He even went an extra mile to tape up a cover that had a missing screw (or two) to insulate my system better. THANKS ESTEBAN! It was a pleasant experience with 128!

Have been searching for a reputable plumbing company to handle our typical plumbing needs and also be our go to outfit for future needs. Well 128 Plumbing from No. Andover fit the bill. We had an issue with our boiler that they were able to resolve in very short order. Conor was the assigned tech who was courteous and very professional while doing the repairs. He also was helpful in explaining what repairs he was doing. The work area was left neat and clean and the workmanship was top shelf. 128 Plumbing is now our plumber. You should make them yours as well.

One morning, we all of sudden had no hot water and called 128 for help. They were able to send someone to our house within a couple of hours, and we were immediately impressed by their professionalism. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue—a broken venting pipe that was leaking carbon monoxide and posed a serious safety risk. And a broken hot water tank. He provided a detailed analysis of the situation, explaining our options clearly. After discussing the pros and cons, we decided to go with the tankless system installed by 128. Over the next 3 days, a skilled team, led by 2 experienced professionals, worked efficiently and meticulously. They communicated with us every step of the way, make sure we understood what was happening and giving us multiple options, and the pros and cons before proceeding. What stood out the most was their professionalism, politeness, and attention to detail. They were friendly, patient, and always took the time to explain everything thoroughly. By the time they finished, they clean up the basement working area neatly. We were impressed with their work and the entire experience. I highly recommend 128 to anyone in need of plumbing or heating services. Their expertise, excellent communication, and dedication to customer satisfaction set them apart. We will definitely be calling them again for any future needs!

I have had a great experience with 128 after buying my new place. Everyone has been courteous and helpful. Kyle was so diligent in fixing my garbage disposal, Steve and Steve were so patient in taking me through what all the valves in my basement did, Chris in explaining my options for electrical work. Special shout out to Jeff and Colby for scoping my sewer line and being so kind in explaining everything. I never felt pressured by anyone to buy anything and was presented with options. The folks I’ve spoken to on the phone have been lovely as well (I wish I remembered their names, but so much appreciation to them too). I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
