Highly recommend Bill Clark of Clark Plumbing/Waltham. Bill is incredibly careful and detail oriented - and with our recent bathroom renovation, he put in the extra time and effort to make sure everything was working well as well as looking good! Definitely will consider for any other work we may need in the future.

Seems to me like the negative reviews on Google for Clark Plumbing & Heating are either from bots or horrible people who just want to mess with Bill's ratings. Five stars for Bill for a few reasons: -He answered the phone when I called -He was honest about what he could and couldn't do -He came to give a quote and repair a leak a day after I called asking for help -His pricing is fair and not above market -He was respectful when he entered our home and even took off his shoes when asked (we take off shoes in our house) -He was professional and seemed like a genuinely nice person - who doesn't want to work with a nice person? -The work he performed was top notch - the leak is gone (he repaired someone else's shoddy work in our home) Thank you Bill for your help and your number is now permanently saved in my phone!

I have used Clark Plumbing & Heating for years. Bill and his team are my first call whenever I have a plumbing issue. Bill has replaced water heaters, build a standing shower, fixed burst pipes, preformed heating system maintenance, and installed fixtures (including sinks, toilets, faucets, dishwashers). Bill is always responsive, timely, fairly priced, and personable. I've referred him to friends, clients, and family and always get positive reviews. Superb. We needed to change our water heater and were recommended to go with Clark Plumbing. Bill Clark and his team gave us a great quote and they came to change the tank within the week. They are good honest people and only charge and replace what needs to be replaced (unlike other plumbers you might find around here). I could tell they are really knowledgeable and passionate about their work by the way they explained the physics and engineering of our system. Great to work with them and highly recommend.

Called Clark Plumbing after being disgusted by the prior plumber that we had over to go over some work we needed done and get some estimates. Not only did Bill sound more knowledgeable over the initial call, he also provided a more realistic expectation and estimate over the phone than the other company that sent someone over. Scott came out to perform the actual work. He was great! Not only was he knowledgeable, he was also very courteous. In less than 2 hours, he had my water pressure issue resolved, installed a new faucet and replaced our garbage disposal. Both of these gentlemen were great! Highly recommend Bill and Scott.

Bill Clark and Alex are honest and excellent plumbers. They respond quickly and skillfully replaced my dilapidated air-conditioner pump, 2 valves not up to code, and seeping water heater with a new model that I requested. HVAC and new water heater work perfectly, all neat and clean. Basement stayed dry. Best advice, service, and price. Thanks!

Scott did a great job to replace my bathroom faucet and kitchen faucet two months ago. He also removed the disabled garbage disposal and reconstructed the pipe connection. The work was high quality, prompt, and professionally done. He was wonderful. Follow up: recently I found my laundry room drainage pipe was leaking and needing replacement. With some delays, the owner responded and arranged the appointment. Scott again did a great job. He reconstructed the drainage pipe in a much better layout. The work was prompt and high quality. I would again give the work a five-star rating and highly recommend the service.

We had a very unusual issue where for months we were getting only cold/lukewarm water coming out of both showers, with random cold/hot water coming out of the rest of the home faucets, despite having a new hot water heater. Clark plumbing was our 3rd plumber to try to figure out the issue...which they absolutely did! Bill was professional and knowledgeable over the phone and sent Scott to help us...through a clever process, he discovered the issue and made the repairs for even less than the other plumbers (who were planning on "fixing" the wrong thing). I will definitely use Clark Plumbing in the future and highly recommend them!
