We were so lucky to have Steve & Mike do a few projects for us recently. They fixed some basement plumbing and then came back a few weeks later to tear out and replaced our old tub and shower fixtures. Everything was well communicated, organized and reasonably priced. We will definitely be using them in future!

So happy with the work Steve did for us. Made it out next day to inspect our failing water heater and then install a new one the next day. Then went above and beyond coming to check settings and make sure it was working for us over the weekend when things seemed off. Turned out there was a faulty part in the new unit (absolutely not their fault) and their customer service to make it right and get it working fast for our family was outstanding. 100% will recommend to anyone going forward.

Steve was our life saver this holiday week! Our hot water heater started leaking and needed to be replaced. We had no hot water TWO days before Christmas. I called Steve and he answers immediately, had me send him photos to determine that it in fact did need to be replaced. He was at our house - few hours later replacing it so that we had hot water for the holidays! Quick and clean work. I highly recommend Belanger and Sons to anyone looking for a plumber!

We feel so fortunate to have gotten onto Belanger and Sons' schedule and had them do work on our house. When we purchased and moved into our house, there were a number of plumbing issues, and there were many recommendations for plumbers in the area. I reached out to a few companies, and Steve and his team were the first to respond. Since then, communication with them has been prompt and professional. They’ve been able to assess the situation and diagnose the issue, as well as provide recommendations and next steps. They clearly hold themselves to high professional standards, while at the same time feeling like they have their customer’s best interests at heart. At this point, I can’t imagine working with any other plumbing business. You are not a faceless number with this company.

Steve came out promptly to investigate some moisture damage and quickly found the root cause. Did a quick replacement of the pipe, provided a clear and complete write up for insurance purposes, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. Professional and arrived right on time with a notification when he was on his way. Completely reasonable price too, no surprises. Will use Bellanger whenever we can from now on! Thanks Steve!

Our experience with Steve was 5 star. Our water heater leaked around 8pm friday night. I tried calling our regular plumbing company but they were not available. So yelp came to my rescue and this listing showed up. Steve picked up my call right away and guided us on the immediate steps we could take. He patiently answered all our questions over text, even though he knew we could very well go with another plumbing company the next day, if we wanted. But he made sure we were all set. He was not available Friday night, but he did come by early Saturday morning and changed the water heater. His prices seem at par with what other companies are charging. He wore a mask throughout the appointment and left the place clean. Highly recommended!!!

Steve and his guys were awesome. Always responsive when we had questions or concerns as they went through the process of replacing our furnace and installing a tankless water heater. Great service and a fair price.
