Ryan D was awesome and my wife and I can’t say enough good things about his work and our experience. Ryan was very professional, friendly, informative, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He explained our options to us in a clear and concise manner that made our decision very simple. He made sure we knew how to both purchase replacement filters in the future and how to actually replace them. Just needed to leave a review for this company. My family recently purchased a tankless water heater system. At first, it was a bit of a learning curve. However, the technicians Both Raul and Alex sorted out the problems and found a solution. Super Service Today not only stood behind their product but worked tirelessly to solve the seemingly never ending issues (not related to the company or products), the city has funky water. I will say though, spend the extra money up front to assess the water quality in your town or city.... PLEASE!! Once Super Service Today professionals have all the information their team of technicians will get the job done fast and professionally. Whether a new construction, home renovation, or upgrade project, this is the company and the team you want. If your in the Merrimack Valley area, ask for either Alex or Raul by name they will not let you down and you can trust their professional assessments. Thank you!

Charles was great! He arrived within 20-25 minutes of our call to the dispatcher, and was able to diagnose and fix our hot water boiler in an hour. He also clearly explained what could have caused the issue and the different options we had to fix the problem. He also made sure to have us thoroughly test our systems before he left to make sure everything was working properly. We are happy with the service!

Ryan and Alex did a great job in repairing leaking water meter connection, they also installed a garden hose spigot with an additional ball valve to shut the water off in case the spigot is leaking after prolonged usage. I am very happy with their professional plumbing service. Moreover, their company offers Emergency Service, which is very helpful if the repairing job is urgent.

Late in the evening, we experienced a water leak from the bathroom on the 3rd floor of our multifamily house. The plumbing team arrived very quickly and carried out a competent diagnosis. They did a quality job and made the estimate very transparently. Their prices were convenient, and I highly recommend their services!

I had my garbage disposal replaced and installed by Ryan who was very professional, respectful, caring and informative. He triple checked to make sure every thing was working properly including the dishwater which Ryan ran to make sure it drained properly. All worked well. Over charged my father for a poor job gave him an invoice with no specific breakdown on the job that was done. Had to request for a breakdown invoice Charged him $4k for a 4 hour job that was not done properly as the basement re flooded again. Gave me a run around for 3 weeks to get a breakdown on the invoice. As you can see from the screenshot.poor work Watch out for these guys. They don’t get the job done and they overcharge. We had to also pay for their the permits they were suppose to already have. And also pay for the rental truck and fuel! Second image is from the basement re flooded again after work was done
