Want to thank Joe Bafaro and his staff of pros. I called them at 7am with no heat or hot water when the temp was 8 degrees out with a 30 year old boiler, the guys were at my house by 730 that morning. I decide I wanted to replace the boiler, they had the new one there next day at 7am by noon the new one was installed and making heat and hot water. Again thanks guys.

The technician did some research on the serial number and found that it was still under warranty. I had a new tank installed the same day. We were thrilled that we did not have to pay for a new one. Water heater ruptured. Called JJ Bafaro and response time and service top notch. Service people could not have been more professional! Highly recommend!!!

They performed a job in our building waiting area. Left screws, and ceiling tile debris all over the floor for our office staff to clean up. Asked if they intended on cleaning up the area and was told they don't carry a vacuum with them. Leave the place like you find it. Will not use them again.
