I’ve been using Dumas Plumbing for 4 years now. Jack has built a business on relationships, trust and quality! His son Zach is now delivering on that foundation and is providing amazing work but also understands the importance of serving his customer. I recently needed emergency services to get a building heating system back up during the winter and he and his team were responsive and communicated throughout to ensure we were up and running as well as satisfied. I just had some plumbing work done with this company. I called early this morning (6:30). Zach called me back within a few short minutes. I was told they would see me between 10 and 2. At noonish Cooper showed up (calling ahead of time). He is very professional. Worked at replacing a small item in my toilet tank. He then looked at my two outside faucets that have been leaking. He fixed both within 10 or so minutes. All old parts were taken away. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much. You have a very happy new customer.

Zack and Jack Dumas have done maintenance on my furnace for about three years and I always had a good experience. They had Elias, a younger plumber, come to fix my leaking toilet and he did an awesome job and was he was super-professional. Good prices, honest guys, very good experience all around, whether it was myself or my husband at home on days they visited.

Just awful!!! Zach spent 5 minutes to relight the pilot in my 81 year old mother’s water heater and charged her $175. When I called him in inquire about this charge, he hung up on me! Terrible experience.

I has problem with sump pump..Zack said he would be here 10 mintutes.. Always right of time He fixed the problem..within half hour..always pleasant friendly..just like his dad...reasonable prices..would never use anyone else.. Val

I cannot say enough good things about Jack Dumas Plumbing and Heating. We have been customers for years, and have never once regretted our choice. Our latest disaster was the malfunctioning of our hot water heater on Saturday night. Zack Dumas texted that same night, called the next morning, and had someone at our door at 8:00 Monday morning. By 11:00 - problem solved. VERY reasonably priced and incomparable service. Thanks so much!!!!

Thank you so much Chris for a job well done!! My pipes burst in my garage and they responded right away. He replaced the pipe and fixed the problem. The price was very fair. I highly recommend this company.👍

I used these guys just today for a frozen burst pipe in my bathroom. They were walking out my door less than 20 minutes after arriving. They are fast, professional, and knowledgeable. I'm extremely happy with the service that was provided. After calling 14 other numbers I'm greatful that they were able to fit me in so quickly. I called at 1:30, they were at my house at 2 and out by 2:20. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely be using them if I need to in the future Update: Had the same guys come out to try to install the toilet that service master to kindly left in my kitchen. They were helpful and knowledgeable but we're unable to install the toilet. When I talked to the owner Jack he was very nice. It wasn't until I refused to have his guys attempt to rig up a toilet in my demolished bathroom for myself and my 3 small children, that he got nasty and out right rude. I will never use this company again. Jack's staff is great, very nice, but their downfall is their very unprofessional owner. On top of the bad customer service (by the owner) I received a bill for $125 just for coming out. When they fixed the pipe that caused all of this in the first place I was charged $154 ( cost of the cap they replaced was $4) was outright told the original time that they had to up the price due to demand.
