Ian, Eddie, and team are incredible to work with. Very responsive and timely. Ian stopped by the first day I spoke with him to get a better idea of the work needed, provided an estimate within just a couple of days, and worked with us to finalize the details and complete the work within a week. Truly a pleasure to work with the team and job well done. Overall, really appreciative of their work and great communication.

Was thankful when Reliable answered my emergency call on a weekend, because my boiler stopped working. Came out within a few hours to get it going again and returned next biz day to replace a needed part and permanently fix. All cordial technicians. However, Calmed later to express concern about the efficiency of the heating. Tech promised to return the next morning, but did not. Later that day, one of the boiler pipes sprung a significant leak. Reliable did not answer nor return my calls.

Reliable was responsive, fast, affordable and restored my heat!! Ian is a knowledgeable technician and Alyx is very responsive on dispatch. I have used them before and will call on them again with any HVAC needs. Wish all vendors were this good.

Can’t thank them enough. I reached out on Monday 11-18-2024 by 11-20-2024 the new heating system was installed and ready to go. They do clean and fast work. Thank you Ian to you and your team my family appreciates you.

I felt compelled to leave this review as I never had such a great experience when it came to resolving plumbling issues. Our water heater went on Tuesday and we happened to noticed right away around 2:38 p.m., my husband called Reliable and they came out right away. They were here around 3:10p.m. same day. Hunter was extremely professional, easy to communicate with him, personable, very knowledgeable. They never asked for a service call fee, he immediately told us the price, recommended a better product. We immediately said to go ahead and within 45 minutes he was back with a new water heater. He promptly installed it, hawl the old one out to take with him and cleaned after himself. He was prompt and efficient. He replaced the copper pipe that had multiple welding from how many times the water heater had been replaced. He also replaced few valves. It looks clean and professional. After installation he explained everything about the water heater and how to trouble shoot different scenarios. He was done by 6 p.m. I have to say, I was very impressed with how prompt and efficient they were (specially Hunter) to resolve our problem. Highly recommend!!!!!

The heating furnace in my apartment started emitting a loud noise and suddenly stopped working. Alex kindly agreed to schedule an appointment for me the very same day. Ian diagnosed the issue, secured the necessary parts, and fixed the issue in the span of an hour. I recommend Reliable HVAC & Plumbing because they are very professional in their approach, their pricing is fair, and their response is timely. Anyone need HVAC work done I HIGHLY recommend Reliable HVAC and Plumbing. My unit died on Tuesday night. They called me right away, were there the next day and installed the new unit today. They were so kind and professional, got the job done and couldn’t even tell they had been there (except for my bright shiny new furnace). Price was very reasonable and less than half of some of what those other big name companies charge. Definitely give them a call if you need work done!

We recently had our gas furnace, AC and hot water tank replaced with Reliable HVAC. Highly recommended to anyone in Worcester area. The knowledgeable and friendly staff quickly diagnosed, quoted and replaced our systems. Very happy with their services.
