Anthony and his partner was amazing they were professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. I am so grateful. I would never use anyone else Roto-Rooter is the best plumbing service in the world. They are also cost efficient.is there a way to send the technician a gift card or lunch card to say thank you?

So glad I called Roto-Rooter! I've had trouble in the past getting plumbers to even call back when we have had an issue, but with them, we were able to get someone to come out the same day. We had an excellent experience with Roto-Rooter from start to finish. Our septic pipe clogged late on a Friday night, and I was relieved when they were able to come out at 10 p.m. to fix the problem by snaking the septic pipe. Denys, the plumber who arrived, was both professional and friendly. He explained the entire process to us in detail, making sure we understood what needed to be done and why.
