Great job provided by Luis and Juan today, as they transferred items from Pod back into the area, they were removed from following a flood in our basement, they were very respectful courteous, patient, considerate and helpful. They worked efficiently to empty the pod and left it clean. They were great at making sure items were placed neatly back into the basement. We Came home from a Christmas visit with grandchildren to find three feet of water in our cellar. SERVPRO did an amazing job cleaning up a horrific mess. They were cheerful, hardworking, kind and understanding. The job they have to do is tough and dirty. The job required several days and I requested the same team to finish. Dan, Carson, Andy and and Isaiah were amazing, and I'm thankful they were there to help. They did a fantastic job. THANK YOU.

For better or worse, we've had to use ServPro a few times at our house and every time they deliver. Wally and his crew (specifically Dan, Carson, Andy, Aron & Isiah) again did an amazing job for us. My family and I had a house fire 7/15/24. We have been out of the house since 7/18/24. This entire time we were being led into a dark hole. Servpro of Worcester cleaned out our home and took care of the damaged belongings, they did amazing! That is until they laid off the best staff we met and then the demo work needed to be done. Our kitchen was torn up and our floors due to water damage. We were being told by the supervisor, this was okay and they were in talks with insurance. Time going by and by and we stopped getting phone calls or updates on the project. Finally received an email randomly that they're still working on an estimate for rebuild. This was 10/29/24. My husband and I tried again and again sending emails, phone calls, texts to the supervisor and contractor. Nothing. The secretary didn't even answer. I finally reached out via email(see pictures) with the advice of some more experienced family and this company just dropped us no questions asked. Our insurance adjuster and I had a conversation immediately following this email and he said the company had not been in touch with them since about September and hadn't gotten ANY approval to tear up our house this way. The adjuster said it may have been fine to do so AFTER approval but now are working towards covering this damage. The adjuster spoke to the Servpro supervisor himself and was basically told to pound sand and if they don't get paid the bill was being sent to me and my husband. To say we are stunned, frustrated, and TIRED is an understatement. We want to go home and that has been pushed even longer because of this company. Currently working with our insurance and another contractor to remedy the situation best we can. I am very happy with SERVPRO of Worcester! We needed to have some mold remediated in our attic. I found SERVPRO in an online search. We were assessed and scheduled almost immediately. Aaron and Andrew did the remediation. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and informative, explaining everything they were doing along the way. The entire experience was pleasant at reasonable cost. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Worcester to anyone.

Dan and Carson were fantastic! I had sewer line repair problems in my basement and you can imagine the clean-up that was required. This team showed-up very quickly, put-together a clean-up game plan and did a fantastic remediation. They were professional and very patient in answering my questions. You can't ask for a better company than Servpro Worcester or a better remediation team than Dan and Carson!
