The Faucet Doctor Ed came the next day and immediately replaced my leaky and broken faucet with a brand new model. He was professional, courteous and clean, along with being extremely reasonably priced! I will definitely recommend Ed to my family and friends for all their plumbing issues! Thank you!

Stop reading reviews and hire Eddy. I have never had to hire a plumber in my life. We received a referral to contact Eddy from a well-trusted and connected friend. Eddy was as courteous of a person that you could come across in life. He was responsive with calls and texts. We had to buy a new toilet and he walked us through the pros and cons of our local options. He constantly gave us tips that we could do to save time and money from his services. We had to work with insurance for some of the work he did for us and he did not hesitate when we asked him to call the claims adjustor to explain the damage. Eddy worked us into his schedule because of us only having one working bathroom. He came with help and knocked out the work efficiently. I hope I don't ever need him again but I am certain there is no other plumber I will call than The Faucet Doctor.

Edward was wonderful! We had a leak that we thought was coming from the dishwasher but turned out to be something else. He was very thorough and helpful. Greatly appreciated his fast and honest service!

Eddie was such a pleasure to work with. He came out right away for my burst pipe and had it fixed in a jiffy. Great guy and super fair price. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We recently replaced our kitchen countertop but upon removal of sink, shut off valve leaked due to age. I happened to come across The Faucet Doctor and spoke to Ed-owner. I explained the situation and came the same day to remedy problem temporarily. Since I’m getting new sink installed, I asked him if he can install new garbage disposal and finish the rest of plumbing. He couldn’t finish plumbing at the time due to countertop workers finishing job plus new undermount sink has to cure (adhesive). He came back promptly the following day and finished job. He was very meticulous and efficient with his work. As far as the cost, I believe he was fair and reasonable. Definitely will do business again and I would not hesitate to give them a call for any plumbing needs!

He showed up when he said he would, was very professional and got right to work. We had a spigot in the front of the house that was leaking and also asked him to install a spigot in the back of the house where there wasnt previously one. It was done very quickly, efficiently and he only charged me half of what I was expecting to pay. The spigots both work and he also removed a hanging pipe free of charge. Very happy with his service and will call him again the next time we need something!

Contacted The Faucet Doctor and we made an appointment for the following week. Once he arrived he was very unprofessional and showed a lack of customer service and work ethic. He was supposed to be fixing outside faucets that were leaking. When he arrived he spoke with my wife and she told him which faucets. He took a glance at one faucet and determined that the job could only be completed by going in the crawlspace which he was unable to do. His manner was very unprofessional and did not seem as if he cared about the issue. The entire visit took less than 10 minutes. He did contact me later and tried to connect me with a guy that works once a week with him but the person was unavailable. I feel as if it was a waste of time and if he was truly too busy to take on jobs it should be expressed so that unnecessary time will not be wasted. Ended up scheduling with Hardee Plumbing and the leaks were fixed and no under house work was necessary and the repair was cheaper. Save your time and money and book with someone else. Edited: If you think I would have paid for a service call after a quick glance you are out of your mind. My review is in response to your professionalism and not your work because we never even made it that far. You say I have a cracked seat well that remains to be seen and I also needed a leak repair to the back faucet which you did not even look at! If the faucets require repair later well that's on me and you can bet that I would call anyone but you! Yes you mentioned your asthma and you did seem winded as you puffed away on your cigarette the entire time. You won't get pity out of me. Your reply indicates your level of customer service because you are stating that I am lying and I wonder what part? If I feel that you were unprofessional then I have a right to say so....I can't speak for others but my experience with you was negative and my review stands.

Mr. Paldino was on time and was able to pin point the problem quickly and correct the issue. He did NOT recommend a new water heater but fixed the one I had. He was very reasonable and pleasant to deal with. I will certainly use him again for my own home and for our rentals.
