I had Caliber out to install two septic risers. Getting a quote and scheduling the job was quick and easy. We ran into two issues during the installation and the technician was able to offer a solution for one and correct the other issue with no problem. I was very impressed with the customer service and would highly recommend them.

Mt phone call was answered by the owner. He was able to get me scheduled quickly and within a reasonable time frame. They notified with a confirmation of my appointment and on the day of my service when their staff was headed my way. When Chris arrived he assessed the issue, told me his plan of action and then got to work. He finished the work more quickly than anticipated. I will definitely be recommending to friends.

Called and plumber arrived same day for septic tank pump repairs. Chris was professional and took the time to review several other tank components to make sure all was in working order. Rebuilt tank plumbing and fixed float. Overall great customer service.

Was referred through a plumbing company. You all were super responsive and professional. The receptionist gave me an idea of what to anticipate financially and the service man stayed in that range. I hadn't had a chance to really research and compare pricing w other companies but from what Google results share caliber is onthe upped end of snaking services in Michigan. This maybe the only thing to consider if you are looking for something more budget friendly but a good customer experience is truly priceless..ended up coming back after running into some other issues. They were prompt, came same day and took care of it quickly. I'll definitely consider them first
