Got his name from a coworker who owns rental properties. He was punctual, professional and explained what he was doing. He had a large job to do in the house repairing some cracked pipes and was able to fix it within our requirements.

He does not notify you beforehand that he charges a $75 service fee PLUS $115/hour. He is not upfront prior to coming out that way after an hour of work and a quote he says you owe $190 and intimidates you to use him. Talks down and criticizes any prior work. What should take an hour, he will take 4 hours doing. Totally unprofessional. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!! CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!

Exorbitant charges! Gave a quick diagnosis of a minor plumbing fixture issue. $220.00 plus a quote of hundreds more to fix it. Got it done for $99.00 elsewhere!

Mark at GR Metro Plumbing has worked on multiple projects in our home over the past 6 years and we have been very pleased with his work. He shows up on time, explains what he will be doing and works quickly to complete the job. His pricing is fair and it is obvious that he takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend Mark and his company if you need quality plumbing work that won't break the bank.

I never did any work for a nick benjamin, but the person who I did the work for, I must have done a good job since he didn't say poor craftsmanship, or I dirtied the carpets. I just didn't come out for free like he expected.

Very helpful,actually sounded like he knew what he was talking about. Hope I don't have to see him again.
