I called and left a message that my hot water tank was broken. Jim called me back in less than 5 minutes and came out the next day to replace it. Fast, respectful service at a very fair price! Before he left I asked Jim about replacing my garbage disposal.I expected I'd have to make an appointment for the future but Jim took a look at it and said he could do it right then for me! He left to grab a new disposal, came back in about 20 minutes and replaced it right then and there! Extremely satisfied with Jim and I will CERTAINLY call him again should I have any plumbing needs!

RO Plumbing has been out twice in the past 3 weeks to fix a blockage in our basement. We still have water backed up in our laundry room and basement shower- Joe insisted he's done his job and welcomed us to contact another company to do the job instead. With no camera offered, not sure how any company can properly diagnose or fix a blockage issue. They keep insisting it's a city issue when clearly, there is something internally not being addressed while my belongings and flooring continue to take the hit when this problem resurfaces. 3rd flood in 3 weeks after 2 visits from this company.

After having a poor experience somewhere else we asked the Clawson community who they recommended and the overwhelming response was Royal Oak Plumbing and they were 100% right! We’ve worked with ROP twice now and both experiences have been fantastic. The first time they fixed a problem in a fraction of the cost and time compared to another company. The other company couldn’t fix the issue and wanted to charge over $1000 in additional work. We called ROP shortly after and they were honest, much more reasonable in pricing, and fixed the issue in less than an hour. The second time working with them has been just as good. They called back quickly, came by within 15 minutes, knew the exact problem just from our description, gave us an upfront estimate, and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. The speed, care, and dedication to their work is above and beyond expectations and we will definitely contact them again for our future plumbing needs.

They showed up the NEXT DAY to replace our 40 gallon water heater and it's outside their local market. Jim is THE BEST ! They are fast, professional and VERY reasonable. We sent a photo of our old unit and Jim gave us a quote instantly (hundreds of dollars less than the guys who couldn't come out until next week). These guys are GOOD ! Thanks again.

We have used RO Plumbing multiple times in the past two years, and I cannot recommend them enough! Jim is extremely responsive and helpful. Joe is extremely timely, communicative, and helpful whenever he's had to come to our house. They really listen and care to make sure that the services they offer are competitive and worthy of 5 stars. We can't thank Jim and Joe enough for their help!

Wow, guys showed up earlier than scheduled and fixed my issue quick. Very knowledgeable, friendly, clean and reasonably priced. Had another company over and they offered a 5400$ and 25000$ fix. Will not hesitate to call these guys next time. Thank you Royal oak plumbing.

Nothing less than 5 stars for Joe at Royal Oak Plumbing. I called two companies in the Beverly Hills area to take care of a toilet issue and a slow draining sink. The larger company was scheduling a week out, Royal Oak plumbing had me on the schedule the next day and called me a few hours later with availability same day. He fixed the sink that another plumber had struggled with and took care of the toilet quickly. Prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Look no further!! This is the company to meet your plumbing needs. This is a family owned business that, sorry to sound cliche, but they absolutely treat you like family. I have had several plumbing situations and have talked and/or worked with Bob, Jim, Joe, and John. All stellar in their profession. When you have a plumbing issue you're stressed, frustrated, and anxious. This company will take care of your problem quickly with top notch work and excellent knowledge.....they know their stuff! Prime example: Made call at 8:45am, gave info on my problem, was told they were on a job with an active leak (he was as I could hear what was going on in the backgroud), and would get back to me asap. Call back at 11:30am letting me know they could arrive in 20 min. Joe and John arrived right on time and eliminated my issue. Stress, frustration, and worry.....gone! On another occasion, had an issue with a water heater. Jim walked me through it and we were able to deal with it ourselves. It involved getting a new water heater under warranty. It was something we were able to manage. But listen, how easy it could have been for him to take on the job instead of saving a homeowner a ton of money.
