I had a basement issue. The service was prompt and the Techs were professional. They even cleaned up when they were done. I have used them in the past, and would definitely call again, if needed!

Really 0 stars !!! I purchased a washer machine and had it delivered! The people who came to my home were beyond disrespectful ! They didn’t wanna hook it up without me paying more money & they also stole my electric drill which was returned by the owner after 2 days !! Worst transaction ever !! Bunch of lowlife bums who work here !!! Came in my home arguing with me about a job your paid to do !!!

DEFINATELY NOT A1. This is the worst plumber in Detroit. I called them to come out to my property over 5 times to fix the same issue. They never show up on time, when they do they don't have the expertise to fix the problem. They send crackheads, and fiends that snake out a pipe the should be replaced. They don't care. They just want your money. After they again asked for more money I called Roto Rooter which came out promptly and did the job and I haven't had problems since. This company is cheap for a reason. You will pay more at other places but at least the other plumbers are honest. Don't trust these people....

DO NOT HIRE! DO NOT INQUIRE! You came the the reviews for a reason...unless you have money to throw in the air..beware!! Check out the photos of their work! They are janky plumbers! I have to pay more money to redo the entire job. Everything they "fixed" is back messed up after a week or was never fixed in the first place. Amateur at best. Tore a hole in my wall and the fix was horrible! The shower head is hanging out the wall and the hole started cracking soon as it dried! When asked to come fix it they gave me the "I'm on my way" for 3 days! Do not trust these people they are scammers and the work is terrible. The owner RAY CAMPBELL doesn't even do plumbing "he's In a wheelchair so he hires neighborhood guys to help him".

The owner of A1 Plumming Mr. Campbell do you work on a property behind my house they used a backhoe and dug a 8‘ x 10‘ hole behind my home destroyed my fence destroyed my garage and never fixed it never came back to reimburse me for the damage that was done I have videos and pictures

Plumber didn’t come with a long enough snake and brought the minimum. They halfway did the job and afterwards I had to pay another plumber to fix what they didn’t do. On top of that they said they needed to dig up the backyard which was obviously a ploy to rob me of more money.

Not a real plumbing company just a few crackheads posing as plumbers

This company is one of these worst I ever seen. The owner comes off as a scammer, and they stay with no money. They are the literal definition robbing Peter to pay Paul.
