The rainwater had nowhere to go but back into my house, causing the sump pumps to kick in. Robert and his team replaced the pipe and created a safe drainage point. Since that repair, the sump pumps have not activated at all! During heavy storms, water now flows smoothly through the pipes and drains away from my house. To sum it up, after 28 years of dealing with water backup, I can finally relax during storms without hearing the alarms from the sump pumps. I’m truly grateful for the great work done!

Wyatt got on the horn with the boss who headed to his supplier to fetch my brand spanking new goose neck faucet, handles and soap dispenser. The boss himself swung by my place to drop off the new Delta Faucet and gear. Wyatt wrapped up the job with the highest level of skill and professionalism. Over the past year, I've had Wyatt from a local plumbing company visit my home for various plumbing issues. During this time, I also had a bathroom renovation done by a separate contractor. After the renovation, I forgot that Wyatt had come out to work on my toilet. Later on, I noticed a leak and assumed it was the other contractor's fault, as I thought they were the last ones to work on the toilet. So, I called Wyatt to come out and investigate. During our conversation, I was quick to blame the other contractor for the problem. But Wyatt, being honest, corrected me. He checked his records and reminded me that he was actually the last one to work on the toilet. He then fixed the leak free of charge, as it was covered under warranty. Wyatt could've stayed silent and I would've willingly paid him to fix the issue, which has been resolved ever since. It's quite rare to find such integrity in the plumbing industry these days, and that's one of the many reasons why I'll continue to rely on this plumbing company for all my future plumbing service needs.

Usually, I pen down my thoughts after availing a service, but this time it's different. We're in the middle of acquiring an old property and were informed that the water heater was faulty.
