We were very happy with the customer service. We needed a 100 gallons LP Gas heater and they were able to get it to us within a week. Both Chris and Noah helped keep us informed it travelled from Georgia to Florida. Our customer was in a hurry and they were pleased it got here so fast. We purchased other plumbing parts and the price was right! We will buy there again

Always very helpful. They will answer questions you may have. Prices are a tad bit higher than the big box store but they are conveniently located in the neighborhood which saves gas and time. Plus they will have hard to find parts that the other stores won't.

Was referred here bybhome depot for some odd pvc fittings. They didn't have what we needed but helped us find what we were looking for from a different vendor. We are from Canada and couldn't use our phone data. The sales associate used his own phone and did it for us. You can't ask for better service. Beyond thankful and impressed :).

This store was close to my older home (1920's) and I needed some real brass toilet bolts (as opposed to the fake brass ones that Home Depot sells) - not only did they have what I was looking for, but Mike was extremely helpful in helping me understand two other plumbing issues - he seemed to be very knowledgeable about the plumbing in the older homes of Detroit - the business has existed since 1934 and in the current location since 1962 - I will make additional purchases from this store - please join me in helping to support a local business that has the knowledge about the older homes and the "know how" that Home Depot and Lowes do not have!

Very nice show room. Plenty of examples of plumbing situations.. Very knowledgeable staff.. They are very helpful and will explain to you exactly what you need and how to do the job. Would recommend this place..

I went to 1 plumbing place 2 home depot's and a Lowe's searching for a toilet tank lid and 3 1/2 miles from my house i heard about this place they had just what i needed i just traced out the surface we're the lid would sit and they had 1 in stock good luck on your travels friends
