Plumbing Express LLC

I called Plumbing Express on a Friday night and he was at my house within 30 minutes! Got the job done within an hour!!! I was out of a shower for 3 days because of a previous non skilled worker..from now on, Plumbing Express has all of my business!! They are professional, knowledgeable of the service and the prices are reasonable!! Thank you for being dedicated with excellent customer service!!

I had him put a water faucet that was knocked off on the side of my house by a driver backing into driveway to the garage. He sent two guys out. They charged me 150.00 went to home depot and bought the cheapest parts and before they left I asked is that enough sealant to hold that down they said yes let it dry 3-4 hrs it will be good. It wasnt I called 24hrs later he wouldn't answer my calls. His work guys left as soon as they found out I was doing a credit card payment. Which was unprofessional. All businesses take major credit cards.Then the owner which was out of town he claimed ,and gonna send his guys says we have plenty sealant if it's not good I will send them back out with plenty! Then he tried to charge my credit card an extra 5dollars because I didnt use cash. But he never told me that when we first spoke on the phone before his guys came out. Terrible sevice,rude,con artist and this business is not what you would want. Be careful people look at the ratings before you use this 1star bad business conman and thief. I was told by another plumber that this was no more than a 50 dollar job and all I had to do is go buy the cheapest stuff at home depot. Then black business men wonder why people dont support them.

Told job would take a day wk later not completed tore ceiling down n kitchen cracked stove top broke oven door tore sink apart didnt repair stopper n tub came out 1st time using filed complaint with BBB, LARA, SOM told by 3 NO LISCENSE!!! Herb Washington, since u wont respond or complete what i paid for see you in court K

Excellent work very efficient and on time. Very respectful and listens to whatever issues you have going on with what needs to be fixed. Awesome service all around!!!

I tried to reach the company Plumbing express LLC. I tried even getting physically to the address posted in the website . Nobody answered it's a house . I was dissatisfied from the unprofessional way plumbing express LLC handled my request.
