The water heater was expected to be delivered in 5 days and it was. Price: competitive with the big box stores who would probably use drop shipping too. Communication: top notch. We have ordered several large gas heaters from them. Every time the process is smooth. The guys answering the phone are very helpful and easy to get ahold of from purchasing, to tracking and even after we received it. You call they answer. They are also very knowledgeable about the equipment they are selling. Also they deal with local vendors do you don't have to wait 2 weeks to get your order from Detroit. We are located in South Florida and received the 100 gallon 800pound gas heater the day after next with free shipping. We will definitely use them again!
