Cregger plumbing removed/replaced a leaking old cast iron pipe coming into the basement (just under the ceiling)from my kitchen sink—tough working situation but done beautifully. The technician was experienced and skilled, provided good communication to me about what needed to be done. I feel happy to have this completed. And the office was responsive to my calls, excellent notifications of my appointment and technician arrival via text on my phone. I will definitely use them again.

Absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Cregger Plumbing! Paul installed a new garbage disposal for me and did an outstanding job. A few days later, Paul and Frank came back to replace my entire dryer vent, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Jayden was great. He was professional, helpful, & clear about the work being done in my home. I woke up to a leaking, busted hot water heater & called Cregger. Amazing service, kind and friendly too. Cregger sent a representative to come hydrojet one of my properties at a reasonable price. A couple days later my tenant caused a backup and Cregger sent a supervisor to get that fixed right away at no extra cost. Super blown away by the customer service here as well. 5/5

Our water heater blew and we were in a pinch. Called Cregger and we were able to get our water heater replaced, vent work replaced, piping replaced and everything updated to code. All this within 48hours. We did run into one hiccup. The workers left mud tracks with their boots. My boyfriend did’t mention anything about it to them on the way out like he should have. I was upset about it when I saw the mud tracks nonetheless. So, we decided to voice our frustration with Cregger. They wanted to rectify the situation and made sure we were satisfied by sending a crew to clean up the mess. Overall great installation and customer service!

Paul and Frank were very helpful, professional and thorough in helping diagnose the hot water pressure issues in my home. They offered a temporary fix as well as providing a timely and reasonably priced quote for the necessary repairs. I plan on contacting them soon to have the work done!

David Kowaleski was amazing! Not only was he patient and communicative, but he was thorough. His problem solving skills not only solved my immediate plumbing emergency, but he found the actual problem that several other plumbers missed! Everyone has mentioned that Cregger is a bit pricey, and I was feeling the same as a first time customer. However, they came highly recommended by a neighbor. David was clearly very experienced. Worth every penny!
