Incredible! The day I was closing/doing a final walk through on my house (less than 2hrs before handing over the keys) I found a pipe leaking 😩 and called Paradigm (knew they were close/in Ferndale but had never used them before), they arrived in 20 minutes! Scott was super professional, efficient, explained everything he saw and how he was going to fix and was done before the buyers arrived 🙌🏻 So grateful and highly recommend, customer for life!

Sam was so polite and professional! He was a delight to work with, and the fact you could send someone over to help the same day I called really pleasantly surprised us! We definitely will be calling Paradigm for any future plumbing needs.

I have worked with Paradigm for over a decade and could not see myself working with another plumbing company. They are responsive, knowledgeable and willing to tackle funky problems. My 1920's house got a full rework with Joe and Kevin designing a perfect solution specialized to my needs. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Making an appointment to fix/change my food disposal was very easy. I called and got a technician to come in the very next day. Sam was the guy. He was nice and understandable. Since i have a baby he was trying to make the whole process as quiet as possible. He also explained well to every questions that I had since it was my first time having this disposal changed. Also, he wore the shoes covers when coming to my house which was a plus since I hate people wearing outdoor shoes in my house. Overall very satisfied and would recommend Sam and this company!! :)

Sam did an amazing job taken care of the plumbing at my house. He’s a very nice man and he knows what he’s doing. Paradigm plumbing is the only company that I would have come to my house to take care of my plumbing needs. also, Sam cleans everything up so nicely when he leaves.

Called on a Saturday, everywhere I called dismissed me like I didn’t have an emergency, however my bathtub and toilet were not draining at all and with 4 people in the house we needed our bathroom back asap! When I called Paradigm, Kevin treated me like a real person, listened to my issues and had me an appointment immediately. Mike came out to the house and was there within 30 minutes. He arrived with a great attitude, and treated us like family, even though we interrupted his Saturday. He immediately assessed the situation, was very honest with us, didn’t beat around the bush or try and nickel and dime us. He fixed everything, made sure we were taken care of, cleaned up and left us with a great feeling. A1 service, very professional, and made us feel like family. They now have a customer for life!!! I had an issue with my tankless water heater. The scheduler was very polite and asked me to text her some photos. They had a technician out the next day, who diagnosed the problem, performed maintenance, and helped order parts for my unit. A previous service provider tried to sell me an entirely new system including an unnecessary $400 pump. This previous service provider also *failed completely* to inform me that my existing unit came with a 25 year warranty that covered all parts. So glad I called Paradigm. The technician they sent was completely professional and courteous, and I am confident that they will soon fix my tankless water heater—and that I will use them for future maintenance.
