Be aware of hidden fees . The lady on the phone said 175 per hr , when the plumber arrived said 250 and didn't even do hour of work . The plumber needs to work on his skills and how to speak to customers. He got frustrated he couldn't get the problem resolved and told me his going to pack and leave. Definitely wasted my time and money.

WaterWork did a great job today. I called in the morning in need of assistance for a pipe clearing which was causing my utility tub/sink in the laundry room to back up. We weren't able to use our kitchen sink, dishwasher, and laundry room, which all fed to that pipe. WW was able to have a plumber to my house within two hours. Don came and did an awesome job assessing the issue, clearing the backed up water, and snaking the drain pipe. We were back up and running very quickly. Don was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious. Thanks, Don and WW, for quickly taking care of our minor emergency with kindness and professionalism. Ryan

8:30 AM: I woke up to the realization that my sewer line was backed up. Cue me spending a couple hours wallowing in self pity, thinking about how my day was ruined and I was about to shell out an arm and a leg to have this problem solved. 10:30 AM: After navigating the stages of grief, I began the seemingly daunting task of trying to find an honest plumbing company to come fix my problem at a fair price. My search led me to Waterworks Plumbing because they have A LOT of 5 star reviews. After perusing the reviews related to my issue “sewer”, I felt confident that calling Waterworks was the right move. 11 AM: Believe me when I say I hate nothing more than making phone calls, but in only 3 mins, I had painlessly set up a same day appointment for someone to come out between 1-3PM at the cost of $175/hr. 11:54 AM: Waterworks calls me back and says someone is actually available to come out sooner to which I give a resounding “Yes!” 12:18 PM: Waterworks has someone is on my porch, knocking on my door, ready to come and check out the problem. 1:00 PM: In less then an hour, my sewer line which was suffering from tree roots blocking it about 30 ft out from house, is unclogged. Thank you, Ryan, for excellent and speedy service that solved my plumbing issue! In 2 hours from my initial call, Waterworks Plumbing was leaving my house and I was able to get on with my day. Definitely 5 stars! $175 for one hour of labor + 5% card processing fee + $22 new customer coupon=$160.65 I felt very good about the price too!

Greg was very good. Very nice guy and very professional. He figured out the best way to snake out my main drain and verified the work he did, fixed the problem. I am pleased with the work and satisfied that the price charged was fare. I would not hesitate calling, WaterWork Plumbing, to do work for me in the future.

The first plumber that came out took over two hours to install a kitchen sink drain that had to be completely redone by another plumber because the dishwasher wasn’t draining properly. They should stand by their work however I was charged full price ($800) for both visits even when the first install had issues. I explained the situation to both Katherine and Paisley in the office but my concerns weren't resolved. I asked to speak to the owner David several times but was told I cannot speak to him. I’m a long-time customer but what happened this time is not right or fair. I’m requesting a call back from David.

Waterworks Plumbing appears to have inconsistent service quality. I advise prospective clients to proceed with caution. I provided the company with two opportunities to address my plumbing issues, and unfortunately, both experiences were unsatisfactory. My initial engagement involved a copper pipe with a pinhole leak that required urgent repair before the water utility would connect my service. This pipe was located at the crawlspace entrance. The technician sent to address this issue took over an hour to complete the repair. When I inquired about the duration of the work, he responded with hostility and threatened to abandon the job. Ultimately, he completed the task, but upon contacting the company to discuss the situation, I insisted on paying only for one hour of labor. They acknowledged that the repair should not have taken as long. At the time, the hourly rate was approximately $145. When the water company returned to connect my service, I discovered that the pipe was leaking once again. I reached out to Waterworks Plumbing and insisted they send a qualified plumber to my residence. The new technician confirmed that he correctly installed the new piping. Three years later, I provided the company with another opportunity this past summer, as my bathroom faucet was leaking, and water was backing up into the sink when I utilized the garbage disposal. After the plumber's visit, I still experienced the same issues despite a charge of $232. Additionally, I had a new kitchen faucet installed, for which I supplied the faucet and had a toilet seat fitted. The plumber also loosened a PVC pipe under the sink to impose an additional charge of $67. He did not address the bathroom faucet, claiming it needed replacement. Concerning the garbage disposal issue, he asserted that the repair would require eight hours due to the original drain pipe being too high and in need of adjustment. Is such a duration reasonable for this type of work? I disputed the charges with my credit card company, which resulted in a write-up and a receipt stating that details were sent to my email. However, the summary indicated that the technician attempted to repair the bathroom faucet and reported that my bathroom sink was cracked. Regarding the kitchen sink problem, I was promised an estimate for the necessary repairs, which I never received, and the claim regarding the bathroom issue was inaccurate. This is why I feel I did not receive a receipt in hand with notes from the plummer.

I bought my hot water tank from them summer of '21 which was recommend by someone. Since then I have followed them on Facebook and had seen how they also update plumbing. A year ago I had learned I had a leak/drip so I finally made it to the item on my to do list. I called Tuesday and had a estimate scheduled for Friday morning. Today had estimate, repair and update completed by Arnie A within 3 hours. I did watch for a little bit which I like to do when I have work done. I like to be a good home owner and be on top of things before things are a bigger problem.
