A & E Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

I highly recommend A&E Anytime. They were on site in less than 2 hours after I called. They had to cable out root blockage in the line. Steven S. and Isaiah S. did a thorough job, and had the line flowing in no time. Steven was very informative about what they were doing, and options I will need to consider later on. I will definitely be calling them for any future issues.

These guys were super amazing Russell took the time to figure out the exact problem this time he didn’t just come snake my line to the road and leave him and Angelo were super amazing even cleaned up all the poop on my basement floor left me with a clean floor and unclogged pipes you guys rock thank you ❤️😊

Toilet backed up on Friday. After calling a couple other plumbers with no answer, I called and they told me 45 minutes. It must not have been even 10 minutes later and they were knocking on my door. They had more work to do than I originally thought, but they were both quick and professional the entire time.

We called them to repair our fridge. Our first two encounters went fine, but the item they replaced within our fridge didn't fix the issue so we asked for them to come back out. The second time they were supposed to come out they called my husband and told him that they had someone come out and no one was there, which was a complete lie because a) my mom was there well before the window they gave us to arrive and b) we have a ring doorbell that would definitely pick up someone at the door regardless of whether said door was answered. Once caught in their lie, they actually sent someone out. Once they decided they knew what was wrong this time they told us they would charge us for the new part/visit and install it, remove the part they thought would fix it, and then if the new installed part worked we would be refunded for the first part. We told them absolutely not as we weren't going to pay for two parts and the labor for both if one of them was going to be replaced with an old part and offered to pay the difference instead. Once we did that, the customer service rep told is they'd "have to get back to us" and then never did. We called multiple times trying to have someone out to fix it and they STILL haven't contacted us back a month later. Thank God we have good friends that gave us another fridge for our garage. I 100% do not recommend coming here. The behavior of the service rep was incredibly shady and I'm incredibly disappointed in the service.

I called A&E Plumbing on Monday evening (after normal business hours) for clogged drains. Neither of our toilets would flush and the drains were backing up. A&E’s technicians arrived on Tuesday around 2:30 and within 2 hours Our family was happily able to use our toilets, sinks, showers and washing machine! The technicians were professional, courteous and even showed me the entire length of our sewer drain on their camera so I was satisfied that there’s no blockage and our pipes were good to go. The price was reasonable and the service was outstanding. If you have a plumbing problem, call A&E. Seriously. They’re a company that cares about their customers, which is getting rarer every day.

Anytime Plumbing is just that, Anytime. I needed them 3 times in 2 weeks and they were there when my basement flooded. On a Saturday at 9pm, no problem "We'll be right there". Professional, courteous, reliable and the only plumber's I'll ever call.

Technician was polite and professional. Repaired an issue that I was told, by another company, would cost thousands and involved tearing up the concrete, by the way it didn't. Have already recommended them to my neighbor and yes I like my neighbor. I also plan on using them in the future.

Had an issue with a clogged drain. Called on a Saturday morning and they had someone out within two hours. Fast ,clean, price was fair for a weekend.
