Friendly plumbing service at a fair price! Had a rotted main coupler as well as needed new shower faucet, handles, and new line up to shower head. They were professional and understanding as I have an elderly father with Tourette’s syndrome that kept pestering the crew. Would do business with them again

On Mr. Downeys web site, it allows you to make an appointment for a free estimate on line, which I did. Soon I received an email declining the appointment. I didn't get a reason why or a request to schedule it on another day. I was confused so I submitted a review. After the owner read my review he called and was a bit upset. He said that he would be glad to come out and give me a free estimate. I removed my review because he was willing to make things right. We agreed that his company would come out today at 11 am. WELL. NO CALL NO SHOW! For customer service you get a zero!

Bob Downey, plumbing company is absolutely magnificent. Mike the plumber and his apprentice. Noah were absolutely amazing very attentive to all my needs extremely friendly and welcoming 10 out of 10.
