We highly recommend Jay’s Plumbing and Sewer. We discovered tree roots growing out of the PVC pipe into the sump pump in our basement. We asked around on Facebook, and Jay’s Plumbing service came highly recommended. They came and checked it out and serviced our issue perfectly based on our concern! Was referred by another company due to my issues and Jay quoted me one price but his Supervisor said another was very rude , never came back to do my scope with camera , charged me more than I was quoted by owner and stated I am the supervisor I can charge what I want . Very disappointing after reading the reviews thought I would have a better experience.

I highly recommend Jay’s Plumbing! We ended up having a pretty large plumbing problem but Jay’s was very knowledgeable and honest about our problem. They walked us through what was going on every step of the way and answered all of our questions. They were prompt and professional. I now have a plumber who I like and trust. I spoke with Jerry, who gave me a very decent quote for fixing the valve pipe for my hot water heater. He sent Matt and from his evaluation turned out I needed a few more things done. Matt also gave me a decent price and fixed everything in less than 2 hours. I was impressed and blessed because I couldn't afford what other places was charging. Thank you guys again Very much!!!

I call this guy up and describe my issue and he says well send me a picture which I did. Now he calls me back and says this is a led service line... now already I can hear the calculator crunching numbers its payday for him and I got the check. Then he tells me to call the city because the state government has given the cities a lot of money to fix this issue. Really I said, so I call the city and they replied >>...Yep, now I'm on the list and I just got put to the front of the line because I'm having issues. He could have made an easy $1200. I was charged $100. just to come out to see what was wrong with my 3 year old water heater. Diagnosis was Replace Vapor Sensor. I was quoted $2,000. to repair. The vapor sensor costed $25. on Amazon, was here within 24 hours. My boyfriend installed it, and YAY, I have hot water. Cost $100. to Jay's. With a $2,000. Diagnosis. Cost $25. to Amazon. Lesson learned PRICELESS!!

I contacted Jay's Plumbing with an urgent repair as I am selling the home. He was able to get on the job immediately and repaired it within the time frame we discussed. I had bought a new faucet and shower, head thinking I would need them, and Jay told me to save my money and repaired it for much less than expected.
